We purchased Italian porcelian tiles from them. Our floors look amazing. Good customer service, too. They took the time to inform us of all the types of flooring and what would be our best choice for our home. I recommend this place. You will be very pleased with their selections.

We were getting down to the wire on our tile choice snd stumbled into Casa Viva on a Saturday and were helped by Julliana. We showed her our floor tile, countertop, and accent trim and told her we needed a wall tile… by Tuesday! Within 10min. she found us the perfect tile and layout suggestions and would have it by Monday! It’s a family owned business with high quality tile and great prices. I love this place. The fact that it’s a family owned and operated business makes it even more special. The customer service and product and pricing is some of the best I have found and I have been back several times for my bath, kitchen and living room areas. I have also referred all my family and friends to the them and one thing I ALWAYS do when referring a company is follow and see what their experience was and I always got back great feed back.
Luis is a great person as well as a great businessman and I am proud to have a family ran business like his in Hayward. Go see them you won’t be disappointed.
There is also some other great little gems in that area like Jerongs granite and Caliber Cabinets just down the street from him. They seem to also all work with each other which is nice if your looking to get your tile, counter top and kitchen selections made in one trip.

Excellent customer service and tile selection! Casa Viva is hidden gem! We are remodeling our master bath and I’ve been all over the bay area looking for a modern white tile at a reasonable price. Casa Viva has it all… beautiful tiles and good prices! Juliana and Luis are very knowledgeable and super friendly.

I had a great experience. I was pleasantly surprised to see a variety of tile. The buyer owner, Juliana et al, has a good eye for quality and beauty. Recently, I’ve been thru a lot of tile store and nearly all have the same redundant stuff. I was really impressed by the Mexican talavera selections. Stephanie helped me. She looked at my notes and sketches then figured out the quantity. She also made some design layout suggestions. I thought the prices were fair for what I chose. They gave me a discount and I was able to take the tile, same day! Best customer service. I highly recommend them.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, everything is priced so well and overall the experience of remodeling my kitchen was so much easier and much more enjoyable than I had expected. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would recommend!

I recently purchased tile at Casa Viva and I am so happy with the result! I needed to replace the tile in my kitchen, laundry room and office, and I wasn’t looking forward to wading thru all the choices as they can be overwhelming. My cousin had bought tile at Casa Viva a few years back and recommended them to me, so I stopped by to see what they had. Yuriza and Giuliana walked me thru all the various options, and found a beautiful 18×18 polished tile that was perfect. Now that it is installed, it looks gorgeous and I have gotten a lot of compliments on it. My installer was impressed with the quality of the tile as well. Casa Viva gave me a great price and were patient as it took me a while to finally order the tile. I would definitely go back in the future as they are friendly, knowledgeable and have a great selection of tile.

This review is long overdue. Juliana at Casa viva is one of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met. I walked into a store on a day when they were really busy, she made the effort to take time and talk to me in detail about my needs. She has tremendous patience and the passion for getting it right especially when you have a sample or an accent you want to match.
The ordering process was a breeze, she went above and beyond to get stuff shipped in the right time frame. I bought a bunch of tiles, accents I needed for 2 bathroom remodels. She was nice enough to hunt down a beautiful tile to match an accent piece that I had picked up from another store. She goes to the extent where if she suddenly comes across something that may be a match, she takes pictures and texts you while giving you all the details.
I called her a number of times with regard to details about my order, changes, colors, time lines etc. and every single time she was patient, courteous, friendly and so very helpful.
For the first time, I was not tired and irritable after tile shopping due to my prior experience with sales folks at the other high end tile stores. Working with Juliana and casa viva is an absolute pleasure.
On a side note, she can source almost any tile for you. I had a tile sample that I picked up from a high end tile store and she managed to get me the exact same tile with the exact quality at ¹⁄₃ the price. She is truly a champ and is the sweetest and most helpful sales person I have ever met. She never pressures you to make a decision and she will work tirelessly to help you match your tiles, accents and fixtures. She is absolute pressure to work with .
I hate remodels, but if I had to do another bath /​kitchen remodel I would just head to casa viva and wrap up my order in one go because they seem to have the best collection of tiles and they supply to many of the high end tile shops in the peninsula.

I came here recently to view the materials they had for my home renovations and the staff was knowledgable and extremely nice people — the beautiful mosaic tile we first chose would not be available for when we needed it nd they were honest with the delivery date of the tile which we really appreciatedtthe honesty but we ended up with some glass mosaic tile that is just beautiful when I see it it just reminds me of the beach /​sea — calming effect.

Beautiful comtemporary tiles, many european designed tiles for a great price! We get compliments on our kitchen floor tiles every time we have guests, and they say they have not seen them anywhere. We will definitely go back when we remodel our bathrooms.
