This place is a Joke! Very unprofessional and the quality of work done is very poor! And the receptionist is extremely rude and un helpful.

We used this company for our corporate security system — video monitoring and alarm system and monitoring. The video system they installed turned out to be extremely antiquated. When we couldn’t get the software loaded on personal computers they pretty much dismissed us and wouldn’t help fix it or explain to us what was wrong, if anything. The DVR was painfully slow to review video monitoring as well.
The alarm system was even worse. We constantly get false alarms from the motion detectors at all hours of the night. They wouldn’t fix the motion sensors (this must not be infrared or they wouldn’t randomly set the alarm off). The monitoring company they use is also terrible (Nationwide Digital). Because of all of the false alarms we filled out a form to not allow the monitoring company to contact the police without express consent from one of our employees on the call list first. That didn’t happen and they kept calling the police. I don’t know if Dynamic never sent the form to them or if the monitoring company just can’t read instructions.
The owner’s attitude is quite unbelievable. As soon as the warranty period was up, he was rude and non-​responsive. When they would come out to fix the crappy equipment they sold us, we spent hundreds of dollars to get it fixed (example — faulty motion detectors) and then the same problem would happen again and they insisted on charging us. The owner is really flippant and arrogant and not someone I would choose to do business with in the future. I suggest you don’t either.
