the place is very affordable. the property management is very friendly and responsive. I have living here for 1.8 years and have no problems. It is in a centrally connected location and they have a patrol at night so is safe too. i think mold is a problem only for people who do not take care of their home properly. I did not have that problem.

i would never recommended this complex to anybody it was ok when u first move in as if yu need something quick but if you have other choices take them… The hallways are always dirty and smell extremely bad!!! The manager acts like she never knows what is going on… On multiple occasions I have gone in to the hallways to see a homeless man sleeping in front of the door and management has no RESPONSE!!! They is Mold in the Windows.
There is a bad infestation of flees and management said to just vacuum which your not suppose to because the heat causes there eggs to hatch!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE CHEAP BUT NOT WORTH IT OR THE INCONVENIENCE.

Cheap but you have to deal with mold.
Relatively easy with parking. The carpet in hallways and stairways is dirty. In other we words– you got what you paid for.
