I was on the verge of cutting relations with GBS but ever since Marisol Enriquez started working there its been a dream. Marisol’s costumer service skills are on point, very professional, she has saved GBS. Im staying.

Renting from GBS Linens is convenient and affordable allowing our budgets to be most flexible. They have a very wide variety of sizes (not just 132″) and we utilize their Table Drapes because they have such a wide variety and they are modern, sleek and easy to use. Sometimes we add a SASH or RUNNER in a varied print or textured fabric to tie together our theme. Door to door service is a big time saver for me. I don’t have to wait in line or lug those heavy bags to a UPS store. What I appreciate most about working with GBS is my sales rep Patti Gabriel. Her assistance and insight has proven to be invaluable!

We have been using GBS for several years and we love them. They have a great selection of basic linen and our getting some new awesome designs for new linen. Our sales rep Patti Gabriel is great and keeps us up to speed with everything. We have a great driver Phino whom is always on task and fast. We wouldn’t think about using another rental company for our linen.

I’ve had been working for a company who uses GBS Linens and they are quite awesome with their delivery system… Manuel their delivery driver for the Monterey Area is fabulous… he is always smiling and having a great day of service — never heard a negative comment out of his mouth and Marbiea is also quite awesome… always getting things done! We’ve had issues sometimes with returned linen and getting charged for it and we always seem to work it out, in a better way.

This company has the absolute worst bookkeeping and billing I’ve ever seen. Customer service is lousy, and they repeatedly gouge the customer instead of building long term relationships. If you have an option, choose anyone but this god-​awful company.
