The only decent thing about this place is the cashier. I have NEVER been to a thrift store that charges soooo much. Why would I buy dirty, used, disgusting Target brand shoes for MORE than they cost brand new at Target? Maybe Goodwill forgot they’re getting their products donated… for FREE.

You put a sign outside and it says 50% off? It’s confusing already? Is it all merchandise half off? Than one employee walking up and down the aisle screaming at customers. The sticker with a certain color is half off? WTF? That’s deceptive isn’t it? You know people will shop there because everything is half off? The line was so long? People behind me set their merchandise on the table and walked off! F IT! If you know you’re giving customers a good deal? Be accurate and label everything accurately and tell you’re employees? You know it would be busy and you have 1 cashier? I said F IT! It ain’t worth the wait!!! No 2nd or 3rd cashier?

Prices are high but I sorted through the picture frames for ten minutes and found two I wanted that were what other Goodwills charge($ 4.99). Most of them were wayy overpriced($ 8 and up). When I got up to the register the girl told me the ones I picked out were not correctly priced, that this one frame was supposed to be more, and she charged me more than the sticker! I was in shock, paid for it, came to my senses as I was standing there — and said I wanted a refund, I didn’t want the frame for that price. She said they don’t give refunds. I was literally standing at the register right in front of her the entire time, I never left the store or moved my feet! The manager Mike agreed it’s their policy and refused to give me a refund. I’d been there before that time and personally witnessed this cashier/ass’t manager give price deals, but only to other Hispanics. Apparently she overcharges other nationalities so she can give her ‘friends’ deals. I go to other Goodwills and now St Vincent De Pauls, but don’t go to this one unless you’ve got a friend working behind the counter.

This store is a little better then the rest the staff is more friendly and are willing to work with the price with you. Still expensive ! Store is not organized but I did managed to find a leather pants at a ok price.

My first visit was my last when I went here. My wife and I was so disappointed and couldn’t find anything and anything that wasn’t overpriced. I think we ended up walking out of there with some hair dye for my daughters hair for Halloween. That’s All! It’s a decent size location filled with unwanted overpriced items. I’m good!

This goodwill is by no doubt overpriced, but I do highly suggest coming by when there is a ½ off sale. They have a vast selection of clothing – anything from overalls to leather jackets to pencil skirts, like a thrift store should have. They also have a pretty good selection of boots – I’ll definitely come by during the next sale. The blouses are usually 5.99−6.99, and the T-shirts are about 2.99 for reference.

Overpriced! Compared to other thrift stores. On the bright side. I got some free ribbon.

Goodwill here is small. not much selection of books(2.99) nor furniture. lots of clothes offered. currently having an ½ price sale on shoes. would be 2 stars but for for the friendly greeting upon my entrance. parking in this shopping center sucks.

I used to love coming here to donate clothes because it was so easy to park. There was a big bin on wheels that you could roll out to your car, toss your donations inside, roll it back, get receipt, and go. Now, the Goodwill has moved from it’s stand alone location to the Mi Pueble shoppping center. First — there is NEVER parking. Second — there is NEVER parking close to the Goodwill. The last time and only time I made a donation, I grabbed a Mi Pueblo shopping cart from behind a car and pushed my stuff to the Goodwill for a receipt. This was after driving around for 10 minutes looking for a spot. The clothes also seem to be higher priced. Dresses used to be $ 7.99 and now there is not one priced less than $ 12.49. EcoThrift on Mission is much better.
