I called to make an appointment, and Rome had me in the chair within 30minutes with no problem. He gave me a really nice crispy taper. All barbers seemed really professional, and good customer service. I would highly recommend this shop.

The two stars is not an indicator of the skill set of the staff at this shop, but the way it is run.
I have gone in on several occasions only to be told that they were booked up or they have appointments coming in. There is nobody to cover street walkin traffic most of the time and the barbers are not even in the shop unless they have clients booked. I always went to a barbershop and understood if I had to wait, but it was first come first serve and I think this is the way the shop should be run. My father was a barber and he had to go in whether it was going to be a busy day or a slow day. That’s just the way it was then, it seems this place has gotten away from that. The owner has another shop out towards the valley, I am curious how he runs that shop opposed to this one. Once again nothing against the talent here or the people working but they need to have more staff in place for off the street. they kind of 3 striked me so I am not going to go back, and I really liked the barbers there, to bad it seems they only can take appointments.
