The most horrible experience in my life. I went there because I was recommended by cousin I had a ombré in my hair I want to go lighter and omg I came out of there kinda skeptical kuz the blond was shedding I got home to try to do do my hair and I can’t even run my fingers though it its shedding I feel that. If I keep touching it am going to end up w a bowl hair kut and. Mind you so my hair was down to my waist I don’t recommend anybody to go here lady said she had 20 years of experience but if she did she would have not let my hair process as much as she did am running in tears right now
