Worst service ever when it comes to late night service past 1am in the morning. They will tell you they are closed at 2am when it is supposed to be open 24⁄7

As mentioned by another reviewer, I HATEHATEHATE this Mcdonald’s! This has got to be the absolute WORST location in all of the Bay Area! Bad experience for me in one way or another guaranteed, every time! Terrible service, people are not friendly, and they NEVER have the specials that are advertised on TV, radio, etc. Just today I went there because I saw the ad on TV for the«Pick any 2 for $ 2». Well, they do participate in this deal, but here it’s 2 for $ 2.50! I know it’s only 50 cents, but it’s in character with this location. This place has ALWAYS consistently been more expensive and they never participate(fully) in these special offers! Between the sad and drab dining room with warehouse style fluorescent lights, the higher prices on everything, and the general poor service… This is the LAST time I’m ever coming to this location. Today was the last straw so to speak. No other Mcdonald’s I’ve been to is as consistently bad as this one. I recommend everyone to go to another location, even if it’s a bit of a drive and out of your way, it’s WORTH it!

Place sucks, last 2 times in drive thru missing items or wrong order. How hard is a McDonald’s job, read the order board put food in bag give to customer, he’ll I don’t even care if you smile just get it right, how do some idiots get through life. Do people who work here put on miss matching socks or shoes really didn’t think people could be this stupid. Call to complaun, get a oh sorry response and that’s it, not loving it Mcdonalds,

Horrible experience with the management. Asked for no eggs because of a food allergy. They added the eggs and then refused to remove and replace the breakfast. I do NOT recommend this place. The manager a Hispanic lady started to yell out that she was the manager and it was her call with a horrible attitude.

I would’ve given them 0 star if I could. I gave them one because I always go here and this is the first time I ever gotten Iced Coffee that is hot and does not taste like coffee at all. It taste like hot chocolate full of half n half and its not even full. The cashier an african american girl was not even welcoming. The manager I’m guessing because she is wearing something different from everybody else was Filipina maybe? Or some asian race, but she was not helpful at all. She doesn’t care at all. I get that it’s busy I used to work at a fast food place but the people who works here needs to improve their customer service.

I know nothing really comes from writing a review for a fast food establishment but this is unacceptable. I was waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes with no answer. I went around and parked to be greeted by two gentleman who were kicked out due to the establishment being«closed.» Apparently the two gentleman were informed there’s construction in the back. Your employees failed to post any signage instructing consumer they were closed. Currently, cars are still lining up at the drive thru expecting service and there are yet to have any signage visible. Consumers are coming up to the door with no response.

This place is a complete joke. I live around the area, but work at night and don’t get get off until ~2:30am. I stopped by the drive-thru and the lights on the menu board were shut off, then I stopped by the pick-up window and see a lady inside. I try catching her attention as the window was obviously closed. I shout«hello, can you hear me?» and then I honk which was what caught her attention and she got angry at me as she tried reading my lips through the window as I shout«aren’t you open 24⁄7?!» and she rolls her eyes at me giving me the hand gesture that they open at 5. However, please note that I stopped by this location after work multiple times and sometimes they ARE open and some time they are NOT. *It was just that in this case I happened to find an employee though the pick-up window as I always check there as a final precaution to see if they maybe just weren’t paying attention… PLEASE change there schedule of this location if that is the case. Very poor customer service and rude attitude. The lady didn’t even try to give me her time to communicate wit me properly. Disgusting work ethics… Was also not surprised that there Unilocal reviews are down in the dumps because that’s what this location is…

The location is crowded, and once they had a complete meltdown, telling me before I ordered that they only had 3 items and their kitchen was broken down. What? Isn’t there some kind of industry standard they’re expected to meet as a franchise? I’ve never received anything wrong with the food here, but sometimes it sure takes a while to get it. Their floors are often wet and slippery, and they have a whole seating area blocked off right now. Honestly, going here we sometimes wish we hadn’t bothered.

I don’t even know on WHY people are just plain hateful at a this McDonald’s branch. People are trying to take your order and serve you but you need to understand that these very people only has 2 hands and can only do so much. The foods is the same wherever McDonald’s you go and the customer service is all that differs. I haven’t had any bad customer service at this branch and they always get my order correct because i happen to always order and the manager of this branch is always the one taking my order. If there’s something wrong about your order? Tell them and BENICE… i’m sure they’re going to fix it for you promptly. People need to understand other people and just because it’s a minimum wage job doesn’t you the right to just give your order taker an attitude because no one deserves that…

Hood McDonald’s… First they gave me a Asian salad with balsamic dressing. Then I get half way through it I realize there’s a different kind of dressing already in it, it seemed like a half eaten salad with new stuff on top. Hella nasty.

Came in after doctor appointment for the little one and decided to grab a quick bite. Felt nostalgic since this was my hangout spot in high school. Typical fast food service, fairly quick and easy. Beat the lunch time traffic but since kaiser hospital is closed down its now pretty much a ghost town in the area. Still has the same group of older Filipino guys who congregate in their corner. In all not too bad, since it’s summer don’t have to worry about the teenage kids looming around. It’s a sketchy area but neutral for the most part try and avoid this place at night. Like Houdini’s song, the freaks do come out at night. Hasn’t had any dramatic makeovers but fairly clean otherwise. It’s conveniently located close to the freeway, so if in town you can make a quick getaway when your done and be on your way.

came here for the usual, a coffee. with 8 backups, it took 10 minutes to get my coffee brew: coffee(m. 1) –coffee ok, service not drips: –cashier got it himself –all backups focused on take out orders it seems.

Horrible service, I waited 31 minutes for a chicken sandwich. I was the second person in line. The workers were very inefficient which made me late to my Warriors game. Lesson learned. I will never go back there again. Go warriors !

Cannot even believe I’m writing a review for such a low maintenance and undeserving restaurant. My mom wanted to do a quick run at the drive– thru to get my brother lunch school(he’s in kindergarten). Ordering a kids 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal, she was shocked when she checked the order and opened the meal. No 6 piece chicken nuggets found in the kids meal box, but rather LEFTOVEREGGS from god knows what and pieces for left over fries. I am beyond DISGUSTED. With being such a poor location in the first place, this mcdonalds should be doing whatever to be better. Instead, their poor service is showing on the food. I am repulsed. What if my 6 year old brother saw this? There are no excuses to this non– sense. A health inspector is needed at this location asap and every employee and manager deserves to lose their jobs for not being able to maintain not even a tiny amount of acceptable location. Beyond disappointed.

The only McDonald’s location I’ve visited that has the WORST customer service. Ever! There was only ONE person taking orders for customers inside during the busy breakfast hours. She was all by herself. The person filling out or packing the orders was slow and kinda clueless. He didn’t even know how to read the orders, let alone distinguish which ones were carryout and which ones were dine in. The management needs to re-train the employees and the management itself needs to be either re trained or transferred to another McDonald’s location. I’ve witnessed over a dozen customers first hand getting mistreated here and the poor customers were left waiting for their food for quite a long time. VERY poor use of resources. Even some 3rd graders would better manage this location! The person doing the cleaning of the dining area was meticulously cleaning all the used tables and mopping the area. Good job, whoever you are. Know that I noticed your hard work. And I’m pretty sure other customers did as well. Keep up the good work! Personally, I’ll NEVER come to this McDonald’s location ever again. It makes me feel uncomfortable to see other customers get treated badly. Those poor customers just take the mistreatment by incompetent employees here.(I’m not talking about their entire team here, just a select bad apples.) I’ve read other reviews here, and I’ll have to agree with some of those reviews. There are NO electrical outlets here for you to come work & charge your mobile devices. The outlets are all blocked off. This truly felt the total opposite of, «I’m Lovin’ it!»
