I’ve been going here for a few years and Dr DeLange is a great person but lately I’ve been getting the run around I do believe at this point I will be looking for a new Dr.

I think Dr. Delange is competent BUT lacks empathy and his office staff is absolutely TERRIBLE. Not only did one of his staff members embarrass me by discussing my reason for visiting in front of other patients, they are extremely rude and NEVEREVERNEVER refilled my prescriptions on time and always gave me the run around when I had to request a refill. I’ve been on this medication for 7 years and yet they would forget the fax the authorization and I would potentially end up going a week without medication which is dangerous since being without this certain prescription could cause me to have seizures. His staff obviously doesn’t give a shit about people’s privacy or time nor do they know how how to effectively communicate without sounding like assholes. I’m very angry, I had a horrible experience today and I will not be back.

Dr. DeLang is one of the most authentic trustworthy doctors, I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I’ve been going here since I moved from the east coast(1998) and he, nor his staff have ever fallen short to provide me with the utmost caring professional services I deserve. I Highly recommend this office to all of my friends and family! The front desk ladies are extremely friendly and talkative every time I go in !! Also, The new physician assistant I met today,(sorry, I totally forgot her name) but she went to SMU… she is so sweet, a great listener, and explains questions. I honestly look forward to my next doctors visit so I can chat with her again! Thanks, Dr. Delang and his staff!!!

My first encounter with Dr De Lange’s office wasn’t the best. I tried to call and get an appointment as he was my assigned dr, but I had never seen him before. I had a feeling I had a kidney infection and was in a lot of pain with a very high fever. I called and asked to be seen he said he was full and couldn’t get me in that I should go to urgent care the next day, so I spent the whole night in excruciating pain then went to the urgent care facility they told me to go to. I went in as soon as they opened and they couldn’t see me because Dr. De Lange wouldn’t approve it, I got on the phone with him and he said there was a miscommunication to please come into his office. I went straight there and he has been amazing ever since. That day he didn’t find a kidney infection but gave me antibiotics that day while he ran more test and gave me pills to relieve some of the pain while they figured it out. He was amazing that day and I seen him for years until I lost my insurance. 3 years ago after I lost my insurance my son desperately needed a physical to get him into school, Dr. De Lange seen me and my son with no problem and no insurance. We were in and out and my son started school on time. I also went to him 2 years ago after I was in a car accident and he was very helpful on helping me understand all the repercussions of the crash, how the little bit of pain I was feeling now was only the beginning of the pain I would feel. I was still in shock and my whole body would hurt by the end of the night. In short he is absolutely amazing and has always been so helpful to my family. His front desk staff is so sweet and amazing to. They make you feel so welcome every time you come in.
