New York Pizza

I was very happy with Newyork Pizza in hayward when I ordered king Kong breadsticks Newyork salad and buffalo wings they said me 45 minutes for deliver but they did it by 30 minutes I was very happy for the food which was awesome my friends and relatives when came to my home for party they felt very happy with this food. So I am thinking Newyork Pizza is the best from all the food I ate till now. Thank you Newyork Pizza.

Horrible! Raw chicken wings and when I called to complain about it they all make one excuse or another about the manager not being there. Then another lady claims she’s the manager upon picking up the phone and once I start complaining she said she’s not the manager and the manager is not there. Very unprofessional the chicken was raw completely and if I get sick there’s a lawsuit!!!

Quick delivery. Fresh. Will order again. Affordable.

King Kong size is the biggest pizza you’ll ever see in your life. $ 25 bucks, never longer than 45 minutes, and it’s a good pie too! I’m sure the cult of Zachary’s will now hunt me down for saying that though…

This is excellent pizza for when you need it delivered. I recently wanted to order some pizza for a few friends but did not want to order from a chain. I ordered a 20-​inch «party size» pizza with sausage, pepperoni, and sun-​dried tomatoes online via Unilocal.The pizza itself was very good – the sauce and crust were awesome. The delivery came on time and the pizza was hot. Price was a good value; when you order via Unilocal the charge is around 2 bucks btw.
As a funny side note, the box was huge (because the pizza was over 20 inches across) and luckily I had it because I couldn’t find an umbrella on a recent rainy day; well, the box was a great shelter lol. I’m almost tempted to order the larger ‘King Kong’ size pizza just to see what type of box that is – luckily, I have wide doors.
I believe this establishment lives up to its name as far as NY style pizza and we will be ordering from here again!

Pizza was really good, but delivery was cold. Had to warm up pizza. Maybe if I ate in, this place would have gotten 4 stars.

I live in San Diego and I send pizza to my dad and brother that live in Hayward. This place is solid, makes good pizza, and gets the orders right every time. The King Kong is so large you have to tilt it to get it in the door.

Horrible service! Waited for over an hour for the Pizza. I ordered bbq wings which the driver forgot to bring. Driver said he would be back in 10 minutes. It took the driver 45 mins for wings. Terrible service, will never ever order from this sad place again. If you want to order NY Pizza order from the one on Tennyson. Worst Pizza place ever!!!

I love their pizza! They also offer beef pepperoni for those that don’t eat pork. A rare find. They are also very friendly and have good customer service. Would order from them again.

I love pizza, especially when I can just grab a slice or two to go. This place got my curiosity because it resides in the back of a liquor store. So how good can it possibly be? At least you know you that you’ll get a good deal on beer and alcohol on the way out. =)
Each slice or pie is made fresh and baked. So you do need to give them about 10 minutes to have it ready for consumption. It is not a grab and go slice, so call ahead if you are in are rush. (510) 582‑3333. They also bake a lasagna for $ 5.99. I may give that a go next time.
Slices are big. Larger than the size of a Costco slice. A cheese slice cost $ 2.99 before tax and a slice of pepperoni is $ 3.25. I got exactly what I paid for and I enjoyed it. It’s not gourmet pizza, but if you double up your slices you could be like John Travolta at the beginning of Saturday Night Fever! =)

Awesome pizza (its in the back of the store), but since they don’t just nuke it, the pizza isn’t always ready straight away. Only 4 stars for charging to use debit card.

We used to order a few doors down at Round Table and were getting so sick of how disappointed we were in our pizza’s there. So my husbands friend pointed us to this place. They have a carry out special for a large one topping pizza for only 7.99. It’s amazing; as close as you can get to real New York Pizza. We also ordered their huge party size and it still tasted great and everyone we had over devoured it. They wanted more!
They always have the pizza ready in 25 mins when picking up.
Definitely try it!

HORRIBLE. When I picked up a piece the toppings and cheese fell off the soggy crust. The pepperoni was chewy like it was old. I thought I would try them because I have3 had NY Pizza before but this place definitely makes a horrible nasty pizza.

Small update: Ordered online via Eat24. The pizza was late so the owners threw in a free two liter of soda. Super sweet of them

I dont usually write reviews but felt i needed to this time.
Ordered take out this evening as we were mainly craving wings. The food was awful. The wings were soggy and undercooked and pretty fatty. The pizza was cold and was really nothing special. Even the ranch tasted weird! Won’t eat here again.

It was the fusion of a liquor store (stopped drinking tho) and a pizza parlor that lured my curious nature into this place of wonder. Iffy I was about spending, but having procured a job, I felt safe in that I was celebrating. So I ordered a reasonably priced slice, which was in fact so huge it took me a while to even taste it. Not easy to eat on the move it is MASSIVE. But with regard to the taste, simply extraordinary and a treat for the tongue in all senses. Delicious. Now going to pizza Hut or domino’s, u eat garbage, that is measured by how there is always crust left over. Well not this one, I devoured the bread of this festival of taste. From beginning to end this was an experience one could never fully get unless you go there to see for yourself. Awesome pie great prices.
One final aspect, from what I saw the workers are a family, they are friendly, and will make conversation. This is a business filled with love as evidenced by the family within. I am lucky to have experienced this today. When I have time and money I will go back for sure. You can bet!
