JR did an awesome job at cleaning and sanitizing my air ducts! He was professional, efficient, and explained the process to me regarding what he was doing. To speed up the process, JR called his colleague, Sun, to help him. This was the first time the ducts in my 20 year old house had been cleaned, and it made a difference! Before the ducts were cleaned, there was a funky scent coming through the vents, and I had a few spiders inside my place. Now, that funky scent is gone, and I haven’t seen a spider in my house since JR has cleaned my air ducts :-) I would definitely recommend Precision to family, friends, and Unilocalers.

JR did a wonderful job on our ducts! New house for us, but I don’t think previous owners ever cleaned the ducts, like EVER! Husband was going to have surgery and we needed clean ducts asap. JR responded in a timely manner and was able to service us within a day of contacting him. He called on his way, showed up on time, took his time to really scrape the junk out of our ducts. I will be calling him again for future work. Great service!

Got our air ducts cleaned and JR did an excellent job! He inspected our system and we found out that we don’t have a filter on our heating system. He gave me a price and I said I would call around just to see where his price compared and another company quoted me 4x the price JR quoted. I called JR back and he came and installed it in a couple days. I’m so happy with the service! Will recommend to anyone anytime!

I called up JR for a quote over the phone and told me he can come out the next day at 1pm. The next day he actually came earlier than expected. Him & his partner (nice guys) asked some questions and went to work. After 4hrs: 17vents, special brush clean, vacuum, sanitize and taping up broken vents. It’s way cheaper than the commercial company that does carpet cleaning that quoted $ 750 for just to clean the vents. No more dirty, spiders or allergies… just straight clean air. Anyway, Call up JR and get your vents cleaned.

Great service! Scheduled an air duct cleaning really quickly, came on time and got the job done in a timely manner. He left it super clean which is awesome since I have popcorn ceilings so cleaning our vents causes a mess. Overall super pleased with the service and would recommend him to anyone :)

Finally got chance to get my heater vents Cleaned out. Its been really cold and with a new baby I need to have my vents cleaned out before I turn on my furnace. I found Precision vent and duct cleaning svc on Unilocal.They have 5 out of 5 stars so I gave them a call. JR is really professional. Really nice guy. He did a really great job. I would definitely recommend to everyone who needs their vents cleaned out. Finally heater is running dust free.

I called several duct cleaning services but either no one called back or called back but wouldn’t give me an estimate without coming out and charging me for the estimate! I finally stumbled upon Precision Vents and was able to speak to someone right away and got an appointment. J.R. came out to our office on a Saturday morning and got the job done! he did an excellent job! I would definitely recommend Precision Air Vent & Duct and will definitely be using them again the next we need this done!
