Honest, fast, and same day service for my carpets, travertine, and tile. What a great experience.
I found this business on craigslist and needed my carpets cleaned that day due to an impromptu entertaining obligation.
I called about 5 companies, and they were the easiest to deal with by far. They gave me a no-​nonsense flat price over the phone before they came out. It was a bit higher than other companies, but the key is that it was a flat-​rate, honest quote. Other companies had «bait and hook» prices and were a hassle because their advertised prices were just steam cleaning, but they nickel and dimed on everything else– «Oh, that’s a high traffic area, $ 50 extra. Oh, that’s a special stain that needs pre-​treatment –$ 20 extra.» Seriously, just tell me how much it will cost to make my carpets as clean as you can possibly get them. I don’t want an analysis and I don’t want to negotiate over every single spot. So, before they even came, I was a happy camper since they made my life easy with their flat quote.
I told them to bring along their travertine and tile tools because we have that rough, ‘hole-​y” travertine in the kitchen which looked like a mess and I was hoping they could help. They gave me a reasonable price for that too, and no ridiculous «oh, that’s special natural stone that needs this and that.»
An hour and a half after I called, they arrived, and 2 hours later I had amazingly cleaned (and sealed! travertine floors), and carpets. An hour and a half! What great service.
