Regency Lighting

Manager at warehouse is very nice. He helped me to get the light bulbs that was really difficult to find at local store.
They sell to end users like me that’s very nice.

I needed a light bulb for my bathroom that was pretty hard to find at the store. Sylvania gave me Regency Lighting as a location that might have the item I wanted in stock, however when I got there I found out they were a warehouse. The guy at the warehouse gave me a number so that I could talk to their sales person. Found out they had the part and the sales guy had customer service contact me to set me up in the system and take my order. I went back to pick up the part, however it looked different than my bulb that I was trying to replace so I didn’t take it. Next morning, called Sylvania and they confirmed it was the right bulb and should be fine. Went back again, they picked the item again.
Reason for the 5 stars — everyone was so nice (and I dealt with at least 5 folks), even with me having them to pick the part twice (they could have gotten annoyed with me — but they didn’t). Left my purse and they called me immediately to let me know (most places would not make the effort nor take the time to call, but just wait to you figured it out). Excellent customer service is hard to find. They will sell to resellers and end users.
