Sequoia Brass & Copper

My boyfriend asked for a ⁷⁄₁₆ 101 OFE copper rod. Larry was nice enough to let us walk into the building, check out the warehouse and size. We were given a whole 20 inches for free when they normally go for $ 50-​$ 100. I highly recommend this place for your brass and copper needs. Amazing and friendly staff! The one hour drive was definitely worth it so we will be coming back!

I needed some C110 copper plates, but they had nothing in my size in their «remnants» list in their computer, and I was too cheap to pay to get the plates custom-​cut. They did have some C101 plates on sale that have worked out well. The CSR, Lorraine, was very patient with me despite my going through their computer inventory system for remnants and walking with her all over the warehouse looking for the best match for my needs. Steve is a saw worker there and friendly as well. The entire business is remarkably clean for an industrial operation.
I could have paid slightly less elsewhere for C110 plates that ALMOST fit my size needs, but I threw business to Sequoia because I wanted to help support a local business. I rarely write reviews, so you know that they must be doing SOMETHING right for me to post this. :)
