Hole in the wall (literally) Starbucks with plenty of parking nearby. My order was done correctly and within a reasonable time frame. I usually get a drip coffee and add stuff at the «condiment area» but switched my order to a latte. Why the three stars? The floor/​condiment area was super dirty. When I walked out it looked like it was getting addressed (a barista was starting to sweep/​mop).

We did not have a good experience there.
The female barista was not welcoming or friendly and she gave me a mean look when I asked for a refill. (We bought the original drinks in store, stayed in store for one hour.)
They sure have fun amongst themselves, talking very loud behind the counter.
The place was freezing and the drinks came out differently than what we get 90% of the time.

This Starbucks is very nice but I will not be coming back. While I was enjoying my drink one of the male workers MATT was making obscene comments to his female co worker saying «you need to stop eating, check your figure, your a woman you need to check your figure». The entire store heard it… I felt so bad for her and you can tell she was hurt. That was horrifying he can not do that!

No line no wait at 10:30am. Extremely friendly staff. Of course got the caramel macchiato w/​light ice and extra caramel. Didn’t think I would be in and out quick but there were 3 people working so it was a quick trip. Definitely coming back to this location.

I go to this one and the other Starbucks little south of this place as regulars. The more I compare, the more I don’t want to come to this place. The drinks are not as good as the other one, and the staff is not that friendly.
The environment is nice and cozy, but the staffs does not make me feel warm at all.

This has to be my favorite Starbucks! The staff are so friendly, remember your name and order. Although this isn’t always the closest Starbucks to me, I make sure to come here as the service and drinks are always on point. Bravo!

Best Starbucks by far in the Hayward district area. The workers are proficient and in a great mood when I go. Marisa is one of the workers there. I love her. She’s always so nice and polite.

One of the better Starbucks in Hayward. Friendly, efficient and makes a yummy latte… AND so far, the closest to getting my name spelled correctly! LOL

The people here are so nice! So much nicer than the ones next to the Bridge Apartments… Even when you bother them with menial tasks like getting ice, they’ll still smile at you!
Amazing! The industrial/​highway 92 Starbucks could learn everything from here!
Also, they have that spot charger! TECHNOLOGY, COFFEE, AND FRIENDLY/​GREAT SERVICE?!? Starbucks heaven!

Best one in the area. Low key and doesn’t get too crowded. There aint a bunch of tech bro nerds vegging out on their laptops 24 hours a day.
Coffee is the same as all other Starbucks in the universe. If you think there is a difference you are retarded.

This one gets five stars for the excellent customer service I received even after being a complete spaz. I sat down with my grande tea and opened up my laptop only to push my tea right off the table. Erica immediately came over to clean up the mess with a mop and didn’t make me feel like an idiot. She even offered to make me another tea which i wasn’t expecting. So thanks Erica!

I honestly have a lot of issues with this place. I go there and most of the ladies that work there can’t even throw a smile at you. I feel so awkward going in there.
This one time I went in there and asked a simple wuestion and she just nodded her head and death stared me. She was soooo rude.
When I in there I like it better when the men are working. They just seem to be a little less uptight. I mean of course some women are super nice and friendly but majority are just so mean. They should really consider hiring people woth good customer service abilities.

Love this place! I go to a nursing school nearby so I come here mon-​fri every morning to study and have coffee! They always get my order right and employees here are fast and very friendly! The place is a bit small but clean. Wish they had more furnitures. It does get pretty crowded and loud at times.

Parking is a nightmare but only close Starbucks off the freeway per our car GPS. I needed caffeine. Place was busy and kind of messy /​dirty. I am use to San Ramon Starbucks and the friendly staff there. Door situation was confusing and parking tooooooook way to long but hey I needed my fix. My drink was good, took way too long but they were busy.

This Starbucks is in a weird corner that makes the shape of it really unique. When you first enter the store, you immediately end up in line for the barista. The rest of the sitting area is behind the pick-​up table area. They even have a patio for those sunny days on W. A st.
In short: clean bathroom, can be a little crowded during rush hour, and definitely hidden in the mall.

Baristas get the job done! and they make the drinks pretty on point here. Some places make the Fraps way too watery, or my drinks way too sweet. This place has yet to mess up my drinks! =]
