I am so glad I chose a vanity and mirror (on-​line) from SuperiorBath. I was happy to read that the vanity was made entirely of sustainable wood.
The first vanity I chose had a double bowl sink. After we made a computer rendering of the actual bathroom and chosen vanity we discovered that my first pick would not fit. SuperiorBath were very kind in answering all my emailed questions and delaying the delivery until we were ready. When it arrlved I couldn’t believe how beautiful and well built it was. The mirror was beautiful too. I can’t wait until everything is installed!

We have used products from there on some bathroom projects. As a plumbing contractor we want our customers to get the best product at a reasonable price. Bonnie and Bernard are always able to do that. Great customer service and a can do attitude from both of them.

The bottom line: Their products are beautiful and competitively priced, and their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
If you’d like to know more: We recently purchased a beautiful vanity for a guest bathroom from SuperiorBath, after checking them out online and admiring their attractive selection of products and reasonable prices, and then visiting their showroom. (Although we live near Hayward, it’s also conveniently located for those on the Peninsula, as they are right off 92.) Although the showroom is not very large, most of their inventory, I believe, is on display. I was a little hesitant to make such a big-​ticket purchase from a website alone, so it was great to be able to see their products in-​person also. Bonnie was very friendly and helpful without being pushy.
As it happened, we had measured our guest bathroom incorrectly (sigh), so I had to email Bonnie after we’d already purchased our vanity to exchange it for a smaller one. She took care of it right away. (I did not need to go in in-​person to make the adjustment, which was a huge plus, since I have very young children to cart around.) We were able to use the extra money, as the smaller vanity was cheaper, toward a later purchase of some wonderful hardware as well as a beautiful mirrored medicine cabinet.
When I stopped by one day in order to make sure I liked the color of the smaller vanity we ended up buying, Bonnie’s co-​worker, who has also been extremely nice, cheerfully took me into their warehouse in the back and opened a crate so that I could see it (as it was not currently on display in the showroom). That was much appreciated!
Finally, it turned out that they somewhat undercharged us for the additional items we’d purchased later, yet SuperiorBath did not ask us to pay the difference (even though they were the ones who caught the mistake – we hadn’t realized it). That to me is the height of professionalism and courtesy. I would certainly recommend them again if you are looking for beautiful, well-​constructed vanities, sinks and countertops, bath hardware, and more. When we remodel our master bath in the future, we will definitely be returning to SuperiorBath. Hopefully they will mistakenly undercharge us again… just kidding Bonnie! ;-)

We were remodeling our small bathroom and needed a beautiful high quality vanity with medicine cabinet and shelf. We of course had no real budget for that. We looked everywhere to find something we could afford. While searching we found Superior Bath on a craigslist ad. We decided to take a chance and drive from San Francisco to Hayward to Superior Bath. Wow, we were so glad we did. We got a banana wood vanity with a porcelain sink, matching medicine cabinet, and shelf at a fraction of what we we saw at other places and online. They had the product there in the warehouse! We drove home with it. One of those great experiences that is so rare. We lucked out. If you are looking for bathroom furniture go to this place first. trust me.

I searched online for several days and I could not find a sink I liked for a reasonable price until I came across your site. It also helped that you had a showroom in my hometown instead of having to depend on online pictures. I will recommend you to my friends and family and will definitely be back if the need arises!
