I know that Loly does hair replacement most of the time but she only cuts my hair and has the most attention to detail more than any other hairdresser I have ever had. Â She is so careful and fast in her service. Â I would recommend her to anyone.

I had been visiting Hansen Fontana in San Francisco since 24 years and wish I had found out about Natural Look Inc in Hayward, CA, earlier. Â The manager at Hansen Fontana deliberately got my hair system damaged recently so they can they can make a huge profit selling me a new one as soon as possible. I went to Loly and not only did she repair my damaged system but also presented with a brand new look, which even Hansen Fontana could not do. Hansen Fontana has now lost a longtime customer and I will never ever visit them again. Natural Look, Inc in Hayward, CA is not only also more economical but also does a far better job than them, besides being closer to my home in Castro Valley, CA. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ALL LADIES AND GENTLEMEN !

Look how many Unilocal this guy before you judge any of them. Loly is an amazing stylist and she works very hard on her craft. I have been seeing her for over 10 years and she has been amazing. The office she has is nice, cozy, and professional and everyone that works there is so nice.

I have worn over 60 hairpieces since the 1980’s. Since my hair is now too thin on the sides, I needed a full hairpiece to cover the sides of my head as well. Secondly, I wanted to buy a very short hair style, about ¼ to ½ inch long — similar to what actor William Shatner uses. Lolly confirmed she knew the style of William Shatner’s hair. I even showed her a box of 4 older hairpieces I used to wear that were all too small and did not blend into my thin hair on the sides.
She charged me $ 1,012 for the hairpiece. As she was creating my head mold, I was unable to see myself in the mirror, so I asked her, «Is this going to come down lower on the sides?» She answered that I should have confidence in her because she has some customers that drive or fly hundreds of miles just to see her.
Three months later, the new hairpiece arrived. It was NOT a full hairpiece that could cover the sides of my head! Â It was the same exact small oval size as all my other older hairpieces that are all too small. She insisted that she style it for awhile. An hour later, I had short hair on he top like I wanted, but there just wasn’t enough hair on my own head on the sides to blend in the hairpiece effectively. Â She told me my own hair was too short and that I should let my hair grow longer. Â When I came back about 4 weeks later (my hair grows slow) she tried styling it again. But my hair style looked like a «minnie Mullet» being longer on the sides, and short and spikey on the top. I hated it. But now, the 30-​day «Satisfaction Guaranteed» clause of my buyer’s contract was expired.
She denied that I ever told her I wanted a larger hairpiece that would cover my whole head. She became tense and argumentative when I told her that I did not receive what I had requested and paid for. No apology or refund was offered, however.
This hairpiece is no different than the old ones I already had– except that I paid $ 1,012 instead of the usual $ 125 I pay for Chinese made hairpieces of the same small size, content and style. WARNING: My advice to anyone getting a hairpiece from Lolly: Â Get every word WRITTEN DOWN ON PAPER! Â Otherwise, you will later be made out to look like a fool or a liar. After 30 years, this is the only bad deal I every got from a hair replacement technician.

The natural Look Inc. is one of the best people I have ever seen as far as custom, high-​end hair replacement systems goes. She does very good work with a quick turn around and her skills as a stylist are second to none.
Being hair deficient, post cancer, I have her doing all of my styling and upkeep on wigs. Besides being very good at what she does, she is also a very nice person. I walk in feeling like the old broad I am and walk out smiling with a very well finished appearance and a good attitude from her companionship during my styling session. The fact that her salon is right across the hallway from my electrology office, Â is just the icing on the cake for me!
I highly recommend her for her work and as a friendly and caring individual as well. If you need this type of services, she is one of the best I have ever seen.
