I had a Groupon for a massage. The massage was okay, the overall experience was not-​so-​great.
When I arrived I was a bit confused because it is a small office inside a sports complex. I checked in and waited (I was very early). I filled out some paperwork, when I asked why the nice girl at the desk said it is because the massage therapist operates under the chiropractor’s license. I had a consultation with this chiropractor, eh, not sure why it was necessary.
Then I waited another hour!!! I was about ready to leave because I had to wait so long. I have no clue why I had to wait, I had an appointment and I was on time. I was not given any explanation.
Because of the location in the sports complex which meant that during the «relaxing» massage I could hear the soccer game and pounding outside the room. Not so great, but the massage therapist apologized for the noise.
I would not recommend this location for massage only. If you have back problems it may be useful to see the dr. and get a massage.

This place is awesome! My first time here was a couple years ago when I had gotten into a car accident, and this place was highly recommended to me.
The dr is super knowledgeable and can answer any questions and explain everything in normal people words (or medical terminology if you prefer)
This location is inside of a sports complex, and the first thing you notice when you walk in the door of the clinic is how nice it is! The décor has been done very tastefully and it’s not like any other dirty dr’s office.
Aside from all chiropractic treatments, they also do massages here!!! They have a couple nice massage rooms in their office and ive had a few therapists here and they have all been really good! They know what they are doing and they also make sure it is exactly how you want it!
I have started going again because i got new insurance that covers their treatments, YAY!
I highly recommend to try this place out, i know most insurance covers them and you can even go without insurance, it doesn’t hurt to call them and ask!

My hour long massage at Vitality was amazing! I have been suffering from a pinched nerve and have been under a great deal of stress. My time at Vitality left me feeling relaxed and calm. The massage I received from Maria was fantastic, she was able to work out most of my aches in the first session. I look forward to my next massage at Vitality.
The office also calls to remind you of your appoinment, which for me is valuable, while I did add it to my calendar the timely reminder was just perfect and appreciated.
I highly recommend you give Vitality Health Services a try, you will not be disapointed. The Dr. is very knowledable and makes you feel very comfortable as he listens to your health history and make recommendations thay may help you find other methods for relaxation.

I adore this place, am big fan of Lorena, Raven, and Maria. Excellent responsive masseuses that know a variety of techniques. They also accept insurance, such as workman’s comp. It is true that they are only avail Tues and Thurs, but I just book ahead, which has worked out great for me. They have an introductory special, and after that you can get multiple massage cards to make it more affordable. The desk folk are sweet, but can be hard to reach. I can’t wait til my next one…

This is a very welcoming and warm office. They are very professional and provide a great service! A great place for a massage!

I was a bit confused walking into the building, but once I found the office it was very nice and relaxing inside. The doctor was late, but very knowledgeable and nice when I met with him for a consultation. The massage therapist Raven was great and is the reason why I’ll probably go back.

So I’m new to the bay area and i just finished moving into my new home. My back is killing me and I need major help ASAP! I went to VHS and i was greeted very nicely by the receptionist and promptly seen. Right now they have this deal where you can get a full one hour massage and also get a diagnosis by the chiropractor for only 35 bucks! I wanted a massage and an opinion on why my back is always in pain. Dr. Shahani was very easy to talk to, thorough, and i’m looking forward to my first adjustment/​therapy session on tuesday.
The massage was phenomenal!!! I had a young lady named Raven (i hope thats how you spell her name). She gave a great, professional deep tissue massage. Perfect pressure. Overall, i am giving five stars because of the greaf experience, attentiveness to detail, cleanliness of the facility, and their professionalism.
DEFINITELY GIVE IT TWO THUMBS UP!

My daughter and sister go to this Chiropracter and absolutely love him. This doctor is through and makes time to get to know his patients and really shows concern. His staff is also wonderful too.
