I had beef noodle soup to go. They had the instant noodle on separate container, which was very nice, but didn’t matter because the soup had no taste. A few slices of beef and cabbage was all in the broth. I suggest them to use MSG.

I am a vegeterian, so I am constantly on the search to find good restaurants which offer vegeterian dishes and I absolutely LOVE their vegeterian chow mein, it’s perfect, when you order just ask them to put light/less salt and baaam! You’ll get the best chow mein ever. It’s $ 6.50 after tax for big bowl, wohh! Totally woth it. I love this restaurant.

I ate here when I was in the area. Food was okay. I am always leary of restaurants(especially small ones) who have way too much stuff on the menu. It always means to me that unless they have a huge run on something, the food is not going to be that fresh. How can it be if they have to store all the different stuff they offer? Staff was very nice and the place was clean.

Horrible quality of food. I ordered delivery from eat 24 and it tastes like yesterday’s batch. I also ordered a side of steamed vegetables and the container is not even half full.

Had Mongolian beef and Lemongrass chicken. I thought the food was freshly prepared and everything tasted good and for the price that you pay, you get plenty food. Employees very nice as well. Also if you buy a meal, they offer delicious Thai tea for free… which i enjoyed very much.

By far the worst thai food I’ve had in my life!!! The chicken tasted as if though it was bad, it tasted horrible. We all got stomach aches afterward and we only took a few bites. I will NEVER order from here again.

Used my Groupon and ordered twice. The Mongolian Beef was delicious, and it’s the reason I decided to go back a second time. The Lemongrass Tofu was okay, and the Orange Chicken was bland(with a hint of orange only on my first bite or two). Also, my second order of Mongolian Beef seems to be smaller than my first order a couple of weeks ago. It doesn’t matter how clean a place is or how nice the staff is, if the food isn’t good, I can’t recommend the restaurant. If I had another Groupon, I might go back to try other dishes; but with only one out of three dishes to my liking, it’s not likely I will be returning.

I’ve been here a couple times and its always quick and friendly service. My review is based on the Mongolian Beef which is the only thing I’ve had but my opinion is delicious!!! The beef is very tender, different than most places but sooo good and I actually enjoy the small noodles they use for the chow mein. For the price plentiful servings so I’ll be back…

Just nasty. Rice was cold and hard like it was a day old. Beef had a nice flavor but was tough and also cold. Potstickers were not warmed all the way through. Ordered two sodas and received one. The only thing edible were the egg rolls. Oh yeah the garden salad was nothing but lettuce. Won’t ever order from here again

Disgusting How are my pre frozen pot stickers hot but my teriyaki cold? Teriyaki… This is just soy sauce btw, not teriyaki. I’m so pissed off that I spend 20 on this piece of shit. You only got a star so i could post this.

Chow mien: noodles were dry and no flavor maybe a little garlic. Small noodles too like top ramen noodles not impressed. I had to add garlic, soy sauce and siracha to them just to eat them… but first let me tell you about the beef being chewy and looking boiled to death gray. I had to pick all of the beef out and throw it out it was not tasty nor the texture appealing. Egg Rolls: Really good it said vegetable egg rolls which I think are fine and when I got home and bit into them they were definitely pork or some kind of meat. Tasty but not veggie. Good think I’m not a vegetarian. I had high hopes for this place but I will not be coming back especially if the chow mien is not good and the meat is supposed to be the main attraction so why it was chewy and grey is beyond my understanding. Good thing Hayward has lots of different Chinese places to try, this one can be taken off my «try» list from now on.

The food is delicious, and hit the spot after a long Costco shopping trip. The woman at the front was nice. However, I ordered the Thai Cashew Combo because I wanted Beef and Chicken. My bowl came with absolutely no beef. After some debating, I finally asked the cashier about the beef. She asked the kitchen and the lady in the kitchen was rude and told me just to stir my bowl. I finished the bowl and dum, dum, dum… No beef :( However, my husband’s meal was as described. Good food, not great customer service.

Wok to Go, I want to be happy you are down the street from me and I want to love you but you are not Carry Outee. I am so sad. I still pine for Carry Outee. Wok to Go, what a name! However, you are clean, you are fast and you are pretty with your pink walls and nice paintings. Now let’s talk about my food. My bowl of lemongrass tofu is piping hot and tasty and I might come back and order it again. The rice is decent but the chow mein is lacking. It’s garlicky which is nice but it’s really dry. Maybe it’s just not the day for chow mein. There are a few little pieces of cabbage in it and chunks of noodles that were probably crispy earlier but are now just dry. Is this supposed to be crispy chow mein or soft chow mein? I don’t discriminate against noodles but I’m not sure what to make of this. Mind you, I just brought this food home a few minutes ago. I almost want to throw the noodles in a pan and cook them up again with some veggies! Speaking of veggies, I hope you’ll consider offering more vegetarian friendly dishes. Just a thought. I’d be back for sure if you did.

The place is clean. The portions are big. But… It was lacking flavor. I got orange chicken, lemon grass chicken, fried rice and chow main. Everything was bland. I did like they used chicken breast in the lemon grass chicken. This building is the old carry outee… This is no comparison. Disappointed but I have had worse. I will not be back though for the price I’m not impressed.

I ordered a family meal to go. Very generous portions, we had enough for lunch the next day and dinner the following night. The ingredients seemed very fresh and my family enjoyed it. The only complaint I would give is that the chicken noodle soup was literally all noodles, no broth whatsoever. But we ate it anyways, it had good flavor in the noodles. We will be back!

PLACE — Very clean, not a lot of space, but enough for a quick meal. FOOD — A lot of food. Teriyaki chicken was great with garlic fries. SERVICE — Very courteous, explained the menu well. PRICE — For the amount I got it was a great find. $ 8 for a huge meal. GOBACK? — Most definitely. Will frequent this place.
