Don’t buy items at this store. They are cheap and reckless items. My grandma fell off her chair she got as a present for her birthday. My grandma is super light and the chair tilled over cause it wasn’t well build. She fell over twice cause the chair would fall forward for no reason. We tried to exchange it but they wanted 25% for manufacture. My grandma is terminally ill. We told them the situation he just laughed at us. He even seen my grandma is ill and didn’t even care. Obviously this isn’t family friendly company so don’t do business here.

Worst place to do business. I bought a living room set 1 year ago and one of the couches broke. I went into the place to ask information on how to get it fixed. The sales man there said he is not responsible for it that I should contact the manufacturer, whose name is the receipt. He mentioned that without the paper receipt there is nothing they can do. I asked him if he keeps a copy of the receipt in the computer he said no. What kind of business does not keep records of his sales and customers… He does not keep copies of everything. He did not even let me speak. He was so rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant. He did not want to help me at all.

A great bargain, service, timely and free delivery. The delivery guys put your furniture together for free, too. I bought my sectional and bedroom set with a mattress here. Then went back for bookcases and a desk.
