I booked at facial at noon on my day off. I was 10 minutes early to my appointment. I finally ended up leaving the spa at 12:30 without getting a facial because I was still in the waiting room waiting for my technician. The receptionist kept telling me that it would be a just a few more minutes and she was finishing up with another client. It ruined my day off.
