These guys did a great job installing my TV. They are worth the money and they have very customer service. Very friendly and they did a very good job. They will did an excellent job. Any time I called that answered and responded. Good job

When Best Buy delivered my new TV this morning, I didn’t realize that wall mounting didn’t come with the delivery! With a family gathering coming up this weekend, I suddenly realized I needed someone to mount my TV and install HDMI cables in a pinch.
I found A/​V Multimedia solutions here on Unilocal.I called Alvin and he squeezed me in his schedule that same day. He and his two colleagues did a great job of mounting the TV and making sure it was level. Alvin and crew were professional and friendly, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Alvin and his co-​worker were awesome! As soon as they walked in, he asked if we preferred him to keep his shoes on or take them off. I was very appreciative of that considering I’ve had other service people come in and just walk through my house tracking all the dirt from outside.
They installed our Honeywell WiFi-​Thermostat for us very efficiently in an hour. They made sure to have it all set-​up for us before they left.
After a few hours, I was noticing that the house wasn’t warming up to the set temperature and it was saying that it wasn’t on the thermostat. We called Alvin back to see if he had any suggestions. He told us he would call us back as soon as he got off a job he was on.
He called us back less than half an hour later and told us that he was coming back, it was going to be a 45-​minute drive back to us! He said, «it’s going to be cold tonight and we don’t want you guys to freeze.»
He came and they went right to work. In half an hour, they were able to fix whatever needed to be done. They explained what went wrong and didn’t charge us for the extra work. They left maybe around 8pm.
We appreciated everything that they did for us and explained everything to us as well. The wiring on the thermostat manual was different from the set-​up we have, so something got mixed up, but they fixed it in no time. We appreciated that they cared enough to come back same day and figure out what went wrong.
We highly recommend Alvin and his team for electrical and wiring projects!

I was more than pleased with the installers who came to mount my TV on the wall. They were very polite and friendly. They explained what they were going to before they started and completely cleaned up after themselves. They even explained an option I might want for future technical applications and I elected to include it. After they left I immediately added A/​V to my contacts… I’m happy to recommend them!

Thanks for the work Alvin! Very professional. I had the company route my wires so I can hang my TV on the fireplace. I was stumped for almost a year on how to do it. All I did was give these guys a call, they shot out and had the perfect solution. No more wires!!!
Also thanks for the tip on also running my subwoofer cable at the same time, who would of thought.
