When to many different chains (Lowes, ACE, Home Depot) trying to get copies of a desk key that shouldn’t have been a big deal. None could do it for me. I called a local place and they never returned my call just to let me know if they could do it or not. Finally, a guy at ACE recommended Big D Lock and Key. They were able to cut the keys I needed in less than 5 minutes and the price was right. I definitely recommend them and will be going straight there for all of my lock and key needs.

It smells like old hardware store in here and I love it.
Service is beyond fast, they have every key imaginable.
Hands down, it’s the only place I go now.
Sometimes I’m even finding keys to make copies of just for the h*ll of it.

I love this place, had three locks rekeyed when I bought my last place and a few keys made. They were incredibly kind, quick, and much cheaper than I’d imagined. Makes me wish I needed to have locks and keys made for more things.

Now here is a lockshop that has a storefront! Woo Hoo. The customer service is GREAT. They do all types of work. The price you pay for work is ALWAYS under what they quoted you in the beginning. If you are looking for older locks, newer locks, they have everything. Prices are reasonable.
