I had Blue Ray replace an old steam boiler that died on me this past winter and I cannot say enough good things about Blue Ray. I had zero heat in my house (it was 5 degrees outside) and called Blue Ray along with a few other H&C places to get quotes. Not only was Blue Ray the only one that completely analyzed my system to ensure we got the right size boiler (measuring all of the radiators one by one in the house), but they had the new boiler installed for me the next day! The pricing was competitive and there were no hidden charges, which is great when you desperately need help (and heat!). They knew exactly what I needed, were extremely responsive and professional throughout the process and will be my #1 H&C contact going forward.
