I want to Thank them for there wonderful guest services. They went above and beyond for me. They were fast and friendly and very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I went to get a tire and was waiting in the lobby. I got a phone call so i left and went to my car to talk on the phone. The person helping without saying anything to me waived me over to a different spot. So not really knowing what was going on i followed his directions, the again without saying anything to me the guy grabs a rim out of the bed of my truck and takes it inside. I continue talking on the phone because i don’t know what he’s doing. He comes to out to my car and says «your rim is shot». i reply with «I know» and he walks away to another car. they ask me to move my car again so i do, but this time when i try to pull back in he waves me off and says i wasted his time and he’s not going to sell me a tire. I’ve never been denied service anywhere in my life, I’m usually a very polite person, but he didn’t say 1 word to me about what he was doing.
So in short, terrible customer service, very rude, and entitled. Apparently they didn’t need my business so i would recommend that you don’t give them yours either.

Excellent service. Don’t let the exterior fool you, they are very friendly and fast. They even leak checked the tire. Most places do not do that. Great used tire prices and decent tires.

Best tire place ever! Cheap used tires with a lot of milage use on them. They won’t be dishonest to you, or try and overcharge you like the big corporate tire places that all try to scam me because they think they can tell a female anything.
