Just when you thought they couldn’t get any friendlier or more helpful BANG!!! they take it up another notch, BOOM!!! I’m not even in the store and they just took it up another friendly, helpful notch!!! Great crew, fast friendly service, very knowledgeable, We will continue to return thanks.

Tony’s Ace Hardware is our go to store. I have been going to this store for 20 years. The staff is great to deal with. They are very knowledgeable and are willing to take the time to understand your project to provide you with the product you need as well as some advice. The selection of products is above par. Most of the time the have the item that I need for my 1940s bungalow when the box stores don’t. They have recently expanded into the adjoining store front and improved their paint department.

This is still truly the «Hometown Hardware Store». I have shopped here for over 10 years and have never had anything but great experiences. When you walk in the door, you are immediately greeted and offered excellent customer service. I also go to the Big Box stores, but I would gladly spend the extra buck to have a staff that actually comes to you and asks you if you need help, not pushing a button on a pole in the store and waiting 15 minutes for service. Excellent variety of everything you would expect from a hardware store, and then some. If they don’t have it, chances are the staff will find a way to get it for you, as they have done for me on several occasions.
I no longer work in that area, but would still make the extra 10 minute drive past HD to go here.

I’ve been coming to this store for over 18 years, love it! I’ve never had one bad experience with the services/​products in all this time. The staff is always great & store has a warm small town feel. Prices are a little higher but not out of line & products are nice quality. Thanks & keep up the good work!

I have cats so when ever they try and breakout the house and destory one of the screens on the window I go to tonys to get em fixed. They are local so thats a plus. American owned, double plus. So I don’t mind spending a little bit more money here on items.

I really like this Ace Hardware. It reminds me of the stores of my childhood where you had a little bit of everything along with helpful staff. I try to go here instead of Home Depot or Lowe’s if I can because unlike the previous reviewer, the staff at those stores make me mental constantly asking if I need help. I made a game of it my last time at Lowe’s and had 6 people ask me if I needed help. Go away please. Here at Tony’s, they don’t hover but are available if you have a question — perfect!

This is the hardware store we most typically frequent. It’s an ACE, so it has most of the things you’d expect. The part that I appreciate most about this store is that the staff are incredibly helpful… first of all they are actually AVAILABLE to help you — unlike the horrendous task of tracking someone down at a Lowe’s or Home Depot — but they are also knowledgeable about their products and whatever small project you are trying to do yourself at home. I live really close to the store, but my dad who lives a good 20 minutes away has driven here to get items for his own products. It’s the quality of service that you get from small shops that make the difference.
Their hours are limited compared to the big box stores, so no 9 PM runs to get something you forgot to buy initially. I’m not going to pretend that I’m above going to Lowe’s or Home Depot, but I definitely feel better about myself when I drop into this local hardware store. :)
