«Chain» steakhouses usually miss the mark. But I’ve enjoyed my visit every time this location. Steaks are surprisingly very good. Service is always great. The location is the only drawback of this one.

I’m not a fan of chain restaurants but let me tell you, this place really hit the spot for us on a Thursday night before a movie première. Service was really good. SO good that I tipped 30%. Our waitress was friendly and never had us waiting for refills or anything extra we requested. Both our steaks were flavorful and cooked perfectly, as requested. I’ve never had a poor experience at a Longhorn but this place really did a great job for us. We’ll be back for sure.

Had dinner at Longhorn tonight. The service was a bit on the slow side and they were not busy. However the food was delicious. The salads wer3 good and we’ll portioned. My wife’s steak was cooked exactly how she likes it and the Salmon was the best I’ve ever had. It was a bit pricy but that’s too be expected at a decent steakhouse.

Went here for lunch today. Usually very good. Got the Steakhouse Shaved Prime Rib sandwich and bowl of Lobster Chowder lunch combo. The pictures are of the sandwich. That is the TOTAL meat that came on it. It might be an ounce, and that’s being GENEROUS. 3 small little crumbs of meat, and a lot of mushrooms, onions, and cheese. For almost $ 10 I would expect more than that! Don’t know who’s cooking today, but they need to be let go! Dropping starts from my original review. Sadly I guess they’ve gone the route of the mall restaurants and have quit caring.

Me and the wife went here last weekend for lunch. The server Carrie was very nice. The food was great and came out fast. The calimari was the best I have ever had. The sauce that came on it made it wen better. Carrie continuously checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. She asked if there was anything else we needed when she brought us the check. I said yes the recipe to that sauce. She laughed and took our payment. When she came back she have me a nice amount of the sauce to take with out leftovers when I was not expecting that. Overall the service was good and we have no complaints.

Kinda slow service. Only 6 other tables full, and we waited 10 mins for drinks, and 10 more before we got them. 25 minutes for 2 burgers was a bit of a wait.

Horrible service! We called ahead while we were driving because it was a Saturday night. «No waiting, we can’t take a reservation because there is no one waiting». We were there in less than 10 minutes and there were 20 people waiting! We complained and they actually seemed to enjoy telling us «oh too bad all these people just walked in». Yeah right liars. That was the worse part, they knew we just called, they knew they lied to us and they just didn’t care.

I’ve eaten here before so I know the food is decent however… This time I couldn’t get a table even after calling ahead!!! I called in route to the restaurant and the host said they weren’t busy at all. «Great» I said«still can you put me down as a call ahead?» The host explained their rule is no call aheads if there is not a current wait… fast forward 10 min… we arrive for a table for 2 and there is a 20 minute wait, the parking lot was full, and the wait area was packed. He apparently lied when I called. He explained all these people just showed up. Not buying it buddy! and not eating here tonight either. Bad service at the front= bad impressions of your restaurant.

We left the Mills Mall yesterday after a long day or errands. We decided to stop by Longhorn for lunch, I have never been to a Longhorn for lunch, but I thought, «why not?» We walked in, it was not very busy, as you can expect a middle class steak dinner restaurant to be on a Wednesday. We were sat by a very sweet hostess and greeted by a very sweet waitress. Warm bread and drinks were on the table in a matter of minutes. We started with some firecracker chicken wraps. They were simply wonderful, as always. The lunch menu was impressive. They have adopted a «you pick two» system similar to St. Louis Bread Co. I had the prime rib sandwich and lobster/shrimp chowder. It was a wonderful meal, it came with a small side of chips/cheese/bacon and horseradish sauce. I was in lunch heaven. My girl ordered the prime rib sandwich and loaded baked potato soup. I looked equally delicious and I found her soup was a bit better than mine. Pricing was impressive and taste was better than most lunch spots. We left satisfied.
