Staff are very friendly & take your order quickly. Food is standard Taco Bell but he interior of the restaurant has been updated. Location is very easy to pass up but if you need a Taco Bell fix it is just right.

Disappointed. This use to be my go to spot until a long blonde hair was found in my chalupa. And considering what happened to me, I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and called them and their response was they would make me another one if I brought the old one up there. Ummm-no. I had my husband go up there to talk with the manager(because I was too busy dry heaving and trying not to puke) and he got my money back. Tip to Taco Bell on Lindbergh: Don’t offer a customer another item when they find hair in the food. Kindly refund them and call it a day. I am sure you make enough money that you can afford refunds to customers that are legitimately dissatisfied with their experience. Thanks but no thanks. I haven’t given up on Taco Bell as a whole but this location, definitely a no-go for me anymore. Oh yeah, and bring back hair nets! A hat is not sufficient enough for people that have long hair apparently.

Everytime I come here the employees are awesome! So friendly and nice, however with the good comes the bad… just about everytime I go they get my order wrong. Food is mediocre at best whn they do get it right. I won’t return to the Lindbergh location

Decent enough for a taco bell. The cashier has been super friendly the past few times I’ve been there and I like the fact that they take your name and use it instead of calling out a number when your food is ready. It always comes out fast. The remodel is odd, since there are now couches in the eating area. Who wants to eat tacos on a couch? Weird. The rest of the seating is nice and I appreciate the open feel of the restaurant. I do miss the Pizza Hut options though! Now it’s just a plain taco bell.

This Taco Bell recently re-did its dining room, and it looks kinda cute now… for a Taco Bell anyway. The employees have always been very nice here with smiles on their faces. They keep the dining room clean and even stopped by my table to see if I needed anything and everything was ok. More than you average Taco Bell. And I kinda like the new Doritos tacos!

This place is never going to serve me food again. I used to go here all the time but for some reason they decided to change management and get all kinds of ghetto in the last month or so. I went up here to get tacos for my Pregnant wife because that’s what she wanted. I ordered my food and the guy at the counter didn’t even know where the pintos and cheese was in the computer and had to get someone, then that person couldn’t figure it out either. I guess they make this stuff hard so you have to have a degree to operate it. I paid finally after what seemed like 5 minutes, had to ask for my cup and then proceeded to fill my cup and sit down and wait. I waited and watched employees that for what ever reason were out in the lobby«taking a break» with other employees that were in visiting and talking loudly and using profanity very heavily. I basically heard all about there sexual escapades and who’s baby mama they were shaking up with now. They also were arguing about why they were understaffed and who messed up the schedule, I am not against them taking a break but please keep your business to yourself. I was seriously tired and basically zoned out for sometime trying to ignore the obvious ignorance unfolding before me. I then realized that 2 – 3 people ordered and got their food in the time I sat there. I looked at my iphone and realized I was sitting there for 15 minutes. I finally stood up and the guy that took my order was like hey did you get your food yet? I said no I have been waiting for 15 minutes and 3 people have ordered and gotten their food already. He went and told the manager? and she said«yeah we got it» I then preceded to stand there and still see nothing happen. finally after a few minutes I stopped her again and said that its been over 15 minutes and I still haven’t even seen my food. She stopped this other person and said why hasn’t this man gotten his food? Then he says«I just got here I have no idea.» I at that point started to fume and lost it I am not sure exactly what I said but I can assure you I sounded like the guys taking a break just more angry. They ended up giving me my meal twice«to make up for it» and a hand written Coupon for a free meal. I threw it in the trash and will not be going back. I think in a way I have pretty much written off Taco bell in general. The service here has been sub par for many weeks now, when it used to be great.
