One of my favorite places for Chinese takeout. Yes, the food can sometimes be a bit greasy, but what do you expect? With the exception of Sultan Wok in Matawan (my favorite), I challenge you to find a takeout joint where the food isn’t greasy. Their lunch specials are good, and the meals are always flavorful. Not too salty either.

If you don’t know ingredients and quality of products used then this could be your Paradise. The food is greasy, oily coupled with inferior products that will surely clog your arteries. Stay away from this hell hole otherwise you’ll regret it later while in the bathroom. If I could rate them a zero I would.

This is the best Chinese food in the Hazlet, Union Beach, Keyport area. It’s hard to find great Chinese food but this place is awesome. Delivery can be a bit on the slow side but it’s always worth the wait. They accept credit card over the phone also. Big plus!

They gave my take out order to someone else and than they gave me something they said was chow main but wasn’t. Sanitary conditions look unclean

I can’t rate any of this restaurant’s beef, pork, or seafood dishes, because when it comes to meat, the only thing that doesn’t gross me out is white meat chicken!
So, with that said, I’ve only had the chicken and/​or vegetable dishes from this establishment. My favorites are the Chicken with Garlic Sauce and the General Tso’s Chicken. I have never been disappointed. Best Chinese take-​out I’ve EVER had. The chicken is actually REAL chicken, not Frankenstein-​like bits of grizzle and sinew and fat fused together, then battered, deep fried, and drowned in MSG sauce. The vegetables taste fresh and are cooked al dente, so they still have that nice ‘snap’ to them.
Based only on the chicken and/​or vegetable dishes I’ve ordered from this place, this picky eater highly recommends No. 1 Chinese!

I really do love Chinese food and eat it frequently enough I feel like I know about quality.
This place is pretty awesome. They deliver in any weather, and are friendly and remember their customers.
Prices are average for a Chinese delivery spot. Vary from cheaper fried rice to moderate prices on specials and seafood.
The chicken actually is chicken. No mystery meat. Sauces are flavorful without being overly salted to compensate for the lack of depth.
I’ve had a myriad of dishes here, including every protein they have. Always fresh tasting and their veggies are done well also.
I left off the 5th star because they get sloppy in packing their delivery and takeout. I’ve had sauce baths more than once.
Main point? Much better than Great Wall and other places in the area.
