When I walked through the door I was a little alarmed due to the amount of smoke in the place. Im guessing something was left in the toaster too long. The cashier, Zahid greeted me immediately so I was not going to turn around. I ordered an mocha latte with an extra shot of espresso. The drink was ok. I’ve used the espresso/latte machine at an old job so I know the product inside is not fresh ground espresso beans. When I asked which pastries were good, one of the other employees Megan stopped her duties to provide me with guidance. She gave me a good description on almost all of the products. I chose the apple fritter donut, it was great! She compared the taste to apple pie, she wasn’t lying. She then showed me their nutrition guide to all of their food and beverages and a coupon book! Overall I would consider this place an upscale Dunkin Donuts. I plan to return to try their sandwiches which other customers in the place seemed to really enjoy. The prices weren’t too bad. Zahid and Megan, thank you again!

So far not bad. However, I was there 3 days ago early in the morning before I went into the office. Grabbed a medium coffee with a splash of skin milk and 1 sugar and 2 donuts… needless to say the beastie boys lyrics came to mind; «I like my sugar with coffee and cream». Terrible god awful cup of coffee… and to top it off they gave me 1 donut and it wasn’t even one that I ordered but I still paid for 2… by time I noticed I was already on the GSP. Went there this morning to give it another shot and everything was all good with my coffee and order. Just chalking it up to the shop being new and working out the kinks.

Went there a couple times but won’t go back /the manager can’t speak English so your order usually gets confused /sometimes the coffee is fantastic other times it is awful /the roof is leaking all over the place and we waited in line for 10 minutes for two cups of coffee because nobody that works there seems to know what is going on … Hany the manger took my order than tried to charge me more for cream and sugar because he was under the impression cream is whipped cream and that’s an up charge … Seriously it’s was already 8 bucks for a medium and large coffee

Visited on Jan 2nd. Decided to get mine and my husband’s favorite doughnuts. Double chocolate: Fair to good. Tasted like it came out of a convenience store box. Boston Cream: You know? They didn’t have it? I know the chain comes out of Canada, but the Boston Cream is a staple of American doughnut shops. Perhaps they were just out. Coffee — ok. I’ve had much worse, but wouldn’t leave the neighborhood WaWa or pass by the Dunkin Donuts to get it. Lines — A long line — Apparently they are figuring out the customer service and monetary system. They were not taking plastic that day and had a typed sign up about it. Still plenty of complaints by customers who apparently don’t read. I was attracted by the fake fireplace mounted on the faux brick face interior walls. This is actually the best and most curious part. I hope they have fake water fountains in the summer.

Had a chance to stop by this new branch of Tim Horton’s a few days ago and wanted to check-in only to see that this location wasn’t even listed on Unilocal yet. Located where a Friendly’s used to be, the renovated interior is pretty attractive with very bright lighting, a decent sitting area, and an electric fireplace of all things. Décor aside, I was there for doughnuts. I purchased half a dozen doughnuts to try and my take on them is below… Apple Fritter: Very good. I wish there were more apple pieces which would impart more apple flavor but there was a pleasant cinnamon flavor and the fritter was nicely crisp on the outside and soft inside. Chocolate Frosted: This is my favorite doughnut at Dunkin Donuts, so I was hoping for something equal or maybe even better. Tim Horton’s was good but it was no Dunkin Donut version. It just lacked the nice assertive dark chocolate flavor of the DD variant. Cinnamon Sugar: I really liked this one as it lived up to its name having a strong cinnamon flavor and being quite sugary, it was awesome when I paired it with my coffee. Chocolate Glazed: Chocolate glaze was sweet but it was not an unpleasant sweetness. French Cruller: The glaze/frosting was a tad sweet, but the cruller’s texture and outer slight crispness was very good. Old Fashioned: Not goodl. The taste was quite bland(I tasted oil more than anything) and the texture was a bit dry. I wound up eating about 1⁄3 of it and throwing the remainder in the trash. Service was hit and miss. Obviously they just opened and looked to be working out service issues(such as taking 5 minutes to get correct change), and I noticed a discrepancy in the workload divided between the employees.

So far not so good. The credit card machine wasn’t working. The register crew were slow and got my order wrong. The place is cavernous with white tile, white tables, and two faux fireplaces. There’s no way they can make sufficient profit to justify the massive space they’ve inherited from Dunkin Donuts. I was surprised that corporate didn’t set up their Unilocal!page. I did. I wish them the best but they have a lot going against them.
