«I will NEVER buy from them again. Though having spent hundreds of dollars, it is just not worth the hassle and frustration of having to wait months to get your items! How a retailer can sell items that don’t even exist is beyond me? It should be illegal to do so… but they continue to do it. Your charge card gets charged immediately with no problems. However, your items end up being back-​ordered. First they tell you it will be a couple weeks, then you get continuous emails saying it has been back-​ordered even further. 2 months later, and still no items! Unbelievable. Then when you call, they are so nonchalant about it, as I can only presume they deal with customer complaints daily! They don’t apologize or try to make things better, which just makes matters worse. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else! NEVER buy from Stateline Tack!!!»
