I found this place after I attempted to visit another in Hazleton and they did not want my business (I will refrain from mentioning). Uppercutz opens at 10 am and I was a walk-​in. This place is more of a salon than barbershop (as the name might imply) but the proprietor was more than happy to cut my hair. The hairdresser was very personable and wanted to ensure that the hair cut was to my satisfaction. The price ($ 13) was very reasonable. I was very happy with the results and will return again if I am up in Hazleton.
