My wife’s computer was not booting up. Richard was able to identify the problem and get her up and running within 24 hours of us dropping off her computer.
Richard did a great job on the repair but the best aspect was the feeling of attentiveness he provided throughout.

I found All Pro Computer Solutions online through Thumbtack. My Seagate hard drive for my MacBook Pro laptop was failing and I was unable to recover the data myself. Richard was very responsive and had excellent customer service. He was patient and coordinated dropping my hard drive and picking it up when it was convenient for me. Not only was he able to recover 99% of my data, but he also somehow was able to fix the failing hard drive so I can now use it as a backup. Finally, the final price of the repair was extremely competitive, less than half of what most other companies charge. You can tell Richard enjoys his work and genuinely cares about his customers.

We had an emergency requiring technical support at 8 PM on a
Wednesday. Richard at APCS saved our hides. He does data recovery and builds specialized computers for business and personal use. If you are in the Healdsburg area and you have a computer problem that requires an expert, don’t hesitate to call Richard.
