LOVE their wines! Some of the best I’ve had, and I do a lot of wine tasting. I joined their club a while back and continue to be impressed. Haven’t tried a bad wine yet. Definitely try the oak fermented Cab, ’06 Tall Woman, and Rhapsody. You won’t be disappointed!

This is perhaps one of my more favorite wineries in the Chalk Hill region of Napa Valley /Calistoga /St Helena area. The wines are absolutely delish. I love the winery because it has a cute little house that surrounds many acres of wine. The best thing about the wine tasting is that they have nice hours(open till 7) and they don’t charge a tasting fee. My favorite is the black lable wines(esp the Cab and Zin). It’s reasonably priced at $ 29 a bottle. I also tried the«Tall Lady» and«London Cab» wines that were the winery name brand products. They were nice, but I like the dry back of the mouth fruity oakey tasting wines. I’ve joined this winery’s mailing list and they have several sepcials that come out every several months. Great deals(eg., free shipping, or 20% off wines). it’s hard to find these wines outside of the winery, so it is a nice treat to get a discount. Ask for Joyce — she’s the store manager and is very friendly and helpful. Note: I just got a note that the owners sold this place and moved shop. Don’t know where they are located now.

We love this place! Beautiful winery with a rustic, country charm. Hung out the proprietor’s daughter. Great way to start off our day.

Fun, rustic, open-air tasting room(or rather, table!); friendly service, good wine. Would come back for a tasting

In all honesty the only reason we stopped here was because they closed at 7pm hehe. It was a nice surprised to find such a nice place on an off chance like that. They were very nice and gave plenty of explanations about their wines without being presumptuous. Luckily enough, we got served by the daughter of the couple who owns the winery and she was delightful and knowledgeable. Since half of us tasted different lists they were graceful enough to let us both experience a little of what the other ones were tasting. Their blends are actually very nice and refreshing after tasting most of the day at places where everything was 100% something hehe. I had never been a big fan of blends but I just might start to explore in that direction. Still, being cheap and impatient(one of the blends would need to sit a couple of years since it is very young and the other was a little more than I wanted to pay) I ended up option for a nice Zin. Would come back for sure, nice way to end the day :)

I found this great winery just off the square near Barndiva. All of the wines were very good and Jason was so much fun to talk to. They also have a little patio off to the side — a great place to enjoy lunch with a taste of Château Felice wines.
