Dave Roberts represented us both as a buyer’s and seller’s agent. He is an outstanding realtor with a solid knowledge of local market conditions, pricing, and marketing. He is pleasant to work with, easy to reach and has great attention to detail. Dave went the extra distance for us to insure that our transactions went smoothly. I have worked with Dave in the past, and asked him to help me with a real estate deal outside his geographic area. Dave willingly agreed.
During the process, which was intense and emotionally charged because it was the home we raised our children in, and because a lot of money was at stake, Dave offered perspectives about the buyer’s inspection demands and about the negotiation in general that helped my spouse and I move forward and complete a transaction that both the buyers and we were happy with.

Dave was referred to us by friends who had recently worked with him for a land purchase. Their purchase got us thinking about making a dream come true. I called Dave and told him we didn’t really know what we wanted (other than something in Sonoma County), we didn’t know exactly when we wanted it, and we weren’t too sure about our budget — would he show us some property? Dave said ‘Sure!’. Dave was patient and flexible with our evolving ideas and helped us figure out what we really wanted and how to get it. He listened to our likes and dislikes but also helped us think outside the box and entertain different possibilities. He created a portal for us with listings to view which was very helpful. Dave knows Sonoma County well and can help those of us from the suburbs understand the issues involved in buying land in a more rural/​agricultural area.
Dave was easily available by phone and email. He is very mellow and easy-​going; we never felt any pressure to move on a property or just buy something. I would highly recommend Dave to gently guide you through your real estate purchase.

I cannot say enough good things about Dave Roberts. I am a senior citizen and have dealt with many real estate agents over the years, but Dave is at the very top of my favorites list. He is very knowledgeable, will provide you as much or as little assistance and background information you require, and is amazingly quick to respond. He prefers communicating by email, which works great for me, and he seems to be available hearly around the clock. My wife and I are 500 miles from his geographic area, and we have been extremely pleased by his ability to make this long-​distance property search anxiety-​free and even enjoyable.

Dave Roberts did an excellent job selling my Guerneville property in 2008 during the real estate market downturn. I interviewed several Realtors and was immediately impressed by his enthusiasm and personable nature. I was not to be disappointed in choosing him as my realtor. He helped me prepare the property for sale, walked the entire 8 acres, including steep terrain, to familiarize himself with the property, and found corner markers in order to better inform potential buyers. Along with listing it for sale and holding an open house, he photographed it beautifully, prepared color postcards, color brochures and constructed a web site for the property. This was clearly above and beyond anything I expected, and I truly appreciated it.
He showed equal enthusiasm in showing the property and following up with potential buyers. I am positive that the relatively quick sale of my not so easy to sell, unique, property was due to his excellent sales ability and follow-​through. I cannot thank him enough and look forward to working with him again, this time as a buyer, as I look for a new home to purchase.
