DL Catering

What a personality both in and out of the kitchen! Dan catered for a party of 10 at our house. We were entertaining guests from out of town and decided that it would be unique to have someone cook for us at our home rather than us do all the work, as usual.
Dan came in, set the menu, brought Kat who just complemented him perfectly as hostess and whipped up the most amazing Sonoma local meal for us. He joined in the celebration and just fit right in.
Everything he prepared was just fabulous but I must admit the home made ravioli was the best.
We were all talking about what a great night that was for days after wards.
And the best thing for me, the kitchen was cleaned up spotless afterwards. Like he was never there!

Dan Lucia, chef/​owner of DL Catering, is a magician in the kitchen. He has a passion for cooking and it really shows in his delicious, beautiful food. I had the pleasure of tasting his food when he catered at the White Oaks Winery for the 2009 Taste Alexander Valley food & wine event. Of the countless wineries I visited that weekend (all of which were doing wine and food pairings), Dan’s food was the absolute best. Not to mention he is great with people, too.
