Encore Events — specifically Renee — helped me get everything rented for my wedding this past Saturday, June 18, and I have nothing but applause and reverence for her.
Renee was patient, attentive, detailed, and efficient every single time I emailed or spoke with her (which was a lot!). When I first met her last November, she walked me through all the options and helped me create a list of what I would need for my wedding. As my wedding plans took shape, I began emailing her with changes and questions. She responded promptly to every single email, always attaching the updated order. This might be — and probably is — the standard at Encore Events, but since I’ve never planned a wedding before (and hope never to again!!!), I felt that Renee made the entire process streamlined and painless. She was the consummate professional, always cheerful and easy to work with.
As the wedding planning came down to the last couple weeks, Renee went over my order form with me, checking for inconsistencies and offered her suggestions. When I needed to throw in a last minute order for more heat lamps, Renee was on the line with me, suggesting the best options for warmth.
In addition to her help with rentals, Renee also helped me find other vendors that I needed, which I know was going above and beyond. She suggested a few day-​of coordinators, recommended a DJ company she’d enjoyed in the past, and even helped me locate ice delivery services. I am in awe of her!
Really, I could not have hoped for a better experience with a wedding vendor. I am incredibly grateful for her, and Encore Events as a business.

I recently used encore rentals to plan a big event. This company was a pleasure to work with. Jenna Marek, was our coordinator and made everything run very smoothly and efficiently. She was a pleasure to work with, very warm and friendly. She helped me translate my vision for the event into a reality. I definitely recommend this company for your rental needs, and if given the chance absolutely ask to work with Jenna.

Being an Events Manager at a bustling winery, I need a full crew of dependable vendors to make our events work, and Encore is the PILLAR on which all other vendors stand. Not only does Encore have an amazing catalogue of items to rent — current trends combined with timeless pieces — but their customer service is exceptional.
Everyone is wonderful but the Sales Executive wee work mainly with is Alisha, and she is incredible! She’s always calm and collected; incredibly polite, and overflowing with grace when we (quite frequently) ask her to solve our event problems! Encore is definitely my go to vendor for all rental needs. While all of the staff is absolutely amazing, Alisha goes above and beyond every time I work with her. She always has such a positive attitude and is willing to help no matter how crazy the request is.
Being that we are site coordinators that are more hands on, Alisha makes a sincere effort to communicate with not only us, but our clients as well. Encore Event Rentals is the best rental company for Napa and Sonoma! Their selection is quite broad and very unique in style. The design department is ran by Celeste who is a «Rock Star» to every detail of your event. Celeste brings years of design work which is quite evident in all the events we have planned together over the past years. She has made Encore the top of it’s game for design work and what to order in terms of rentals in the Bay area. You cannot find a designer as Celeste that will elevate your event to the next level. It’s a family owned business and it truly shows thru their superior customer service.

I absolutely LOVE working with Encore Events for all of my rental needs. Kayla is phenomenal, and always goes above and beyond to make sure I get everything I need in a timely matter. There have been times when my math has been off, I forgot to mention I needed barrel covers, etc, but she’s always on top of it and thinks of every little detail/​goes through my orders with a fine-​toothed comb to be sure I get exactly what I need! The delivery drivers are just as fantastic! There was one incident this last year where I needed some copper mugs for an event that was happening and I couldn’t leave… Someone who worked in the warehouse offered to drive them from Healdsburg to my event in napa… LIFE SAVER!

We got married at my parents ranch, so we had to bring in absolutely every rental! Tables, chairs, lighting etc. From start to finish, working with Encore was so easy. Their installation team was absolutely fabulous. not only did they do a great job, but they were so polite and professional. Every rental that they brought in was in great shape, and made our wedding so beautiful.
We strung market lights across the tennis court, as well as down the driveway to lead guests back to their cars. we got so many compliments from guests it was crazy! I would highly recommend them to any of our family and friends. I know for certain when my siblings get married at the ranch, we will 100% be working with them again.

This is a retro post from my experience with Encore Event Rentals last year April 2014 for my wedding.
The event was held at a hotel which provided most of what we needed but I wanted to add a little extra color to the formal settings and that is where Kayla Gettys at Encore Events came in. She expertly guided me towards a gorgeous raw silk material to add centerpiece color, (Dupioni silk I think). The soft rose colored fabric popped with my floral arrangements and also bridesmaid dresses (which Kayla knew since she did a comprehensive assessment of my wedding colors and theme prior). It was the perfect addition.
The entire rental process was a breeze, and I never felt pressured by Kayla or anyone else at Encore to purchase or rent more than I wanted. Everyone was sweet, encouraging and intuitive to client needs/​desires and event themes. I trusted their opinions and thoughts and I felt confident that whatever I chose they would deliver on time and in perfect condition. (Which they did).

Encore rentals has been wonderful in helping us to plan our wedding event. Kayla, especially, from the first time we walked into the Healdsburg showroom, was friendly, helpful, engaged in the creative process, and efficient! When you are not a party planner, details get missed and things go wrong. We planned an event recently and Kayla at Encore helped us tremendously. She made sure that we didn’t miss any details and that all equipment was delivered and picked up on time. All of the rented items were of excellent quality and ready to go. Great team at Encore!

I run the day to day at a very small winery in Napa and end up hosting events throughout the year. Now, event planning is not necessarily my forte (to put it mildly), so I’ve relied quite a bit on Kayla who has been my rep and is a great help with both practical questions and style advice. Everything that I’ve rented from them has been top notch and the delivery crews are timely and super helpful as well. Kayla has gone above and beyond a few times and is always quick to respond to my (occasionally scatterbrained) questions, so they are and will remain my go-​to for any and all rentals!

We have been using Encore Events for years. They have a vast selection of rental items, not just the standard tables and chairs. Our customer service rep Jenna, is always so helpful navigating us through the catalog, she gives great recommendations and is always willing to help us out even for our last minute needs. What we especially love about Encore is they deliver and they have a very flexible return policy.
