Love this place — such kind and gracious service. I’ve had a number of small repairs, watch batteries changed, etc and they are always helpful and fair. Highly recommended.

Tim at Gold Bloom is phenomenal. My mom had worked with him on several pieces of family jewelry, and my fiancé recently designed my engagement ring with him. Truly stunning pieces, and always such a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be returning to Gold Bloom for our wedding bands this summer!

I was a trusting soul: I live 150 miles away from Healdsburg, but someone told me that this jeweler was good, so I dropped off my ring for stone-​replacement and was told it would be done by Oct 23. Well it is now November 6 and I haven’t heard a word. I’ve called the last three days during business hours and only get the answering machine. I dunno, maybe the owner died since I left my ring there. But if he is alive I would tell him that his customer service is lousy. The least he could do would be to return my phone call and let me know what is going on. You think?

Tim designed both my husband and my rings we are constantly stopped by people wanting to look more closely at them. I worked hand in hand with Tim designing my husbands ring and it came out better than I ever expected. I will never take my jewelry to anyone else ever! The best part was at one time a little diamond fell out of my ring and he simply replaced it. That is true customer service. Tim is the BEST!

I am a return customer. My first project for Tim was an Aryuvedic Ring where the stone had to be touching the skin and I wanted a more buttery gold tone to the ring that i came in with a design picture. I knew Tim was going to give me the ring he was going to make and it would not look like the picture … and it had to fit the stone which was of some size in height. I came in with some old California gold and and purchased a bit more to make it up. I was real happy with the results and the low costs beyond materials.
I came back for another go for putting Grandmothers stone into a new setting for granddaughter and pass it down the family. Had to get some pre-​ordered stuff out of a catalog and now he is putting it together. Time went slow on this one as the factory was not working so fast … but I get to pick them up today. Tim upgraded the work and getting new stones for the ear’s to match the pendant around the neck. He has real good taste and talent. I recommend him to any one of my Sonoma County neighbors. I can’t begin to say how happy I am with gold bloom. I could not afford a proper ring for my wife when we got married and I always promised her one. It took nearly 20 years, but I went into gold bloom and had the owner, Tim Gordy, design one.
He did a beautiful job and coached me on a ring that I would not have chosen as my first pick. However, he nailed it! Everywhere we go, women will stop my wife and say «My God! Let me see that ring!» I get the looks from their husbands that say «thanks asshole!» Anyway, she wears it with pride.
If you are looking for flashy «Las Vegas» type jewelry, his place is not the one to go to. But, if elegance and grace can be described of jewelry, then I would go see Tim.

Thank you for creating a custom pearl necklace for my 83 year old mother who lives in Denmark. She loved it! It was perfect in every way; color, length, lock, knotting — and you did it as a rush job so it could make it there for Christmas. Thank you — it meant the world to her and me.
