Jamba Juice

They have my drink started as soon as they see me coming. Great customer service!

I tend not to frequent places where I can make virtually the same thing that the place offers for a fraction of the cost. However, I do like Jamba Juice for three simple reasons:
1. They are conveniently located inside my neighborhood Safeway Store.
2. They will make me exactly what I want, when I want it.
3. I don’t have to clean up the mess afterwards.
Case in point, this past weekend, I stopped by the store, ordered my Smoothie, and drank it while I shopped. Unfortunately while walking down one of the Safeway Store aisles, the bottom of the cup dropped out and fell all over the floor. How embarrassing and messy. I, of course, pickup up what I could, and walked back to the Jamba Juice counter with my hands a drippy mess. Fortunately, the Safeway Store manager saw me, got me some towels, told me to have the Jamba Juice staff to make me a new Smoothie and then went and cleaned up the rest of the mess I left in snack food aisle.
Needless to say, I was super impressed with the service I received from everyone! I will continue to visit Jamba Juice and order my occasional Smoothie, just the way I like it!
