This guy is the best! Very professional and really knows his stuff. I’ve been doing IT work for over 20 years and recently retired from the business. I have been struggling to find someone who is knowledgeable about all things computer (including the latest operating systems) AND networking products and protocols, AND almost as important, is available to get to a customer in a reasonable amount of time. Mr Phenicie surprised me over and over with promptly getting to the customers I referred, and upon arrival, he immediately diagnosed a couple of problems that had me perplexed for days. Keep up the great work Brady!

Brady knows what the heck he is doing. He doesn’t try to add on more services than you need and can take care of a vast array of computer, networking, and hardware needs. He makes house calls and does it with a positive attitude and a smile. Avoid going to the Geek Squad and use someone with more experience than all those guys combined.
