My last to experience here has greatly improved. Things of been ready on time or however the rest the store not the pharmacy still has the bathroom problem and it’s a little bit weird some of the stuff they carry her but overall I think it’s improved a lot of the staff at pharmacy greatly younger fresher more engaging

They could be understaffed in the Pharmacy Service is always very slow. Clerks are friendly. Rite Aid corporation needs to spend some money on the exterior. The driveup pick-​up bays are both broken and clerk said it would cost $ 5.000. to repair them. Wonder if RiteAid is going down the tubes (?)

worst place ever Pharmacy is rude and waited an hour and then they tell me they didnt even start it o_​O swear never again ill stick to CVS oh and bathrooms r so gross and ice cream is dirty with dead flies around the freezer needs to burn down

I live in Healdsburg and I have had very good experiences there. I much prefer this pharmacy in town over the other major drug store. Sometimes it does take awhile to get assistance in the ice cream department, but tell me, where have you been lately that the clerk washes hands very well THEN applies gloves to scoop your ice cream. I appreciate that! And the staff is always friendly –throughout the store.
It is a little dated visually however.
