After visiting the tasting center of Kendall Jackson’s in downtown Healdsburg, we were walking around the quaint downtown area and saw this store. It was the highlight of our Saturday in the Santa Rosa area. Rob Barnes was working the counter, and they had approximately a dozen various wines on the menu. But rather than doing wine tastings for $ 10 to $ 15 like Kendall Jackson does, where you get basically one swallow of 4 or 5 different wines, they were charging $ 2 for a 2 ounce pour or $ 3 for a 4 ounce pour. And the wines were EXCELLENT! We ended up buying a bottle of the Italian Pinot Grigio and it was only $ 12! But Rob was the best! I quickly found out he was a baseball fan(I was wearing my Chicago White Sox polo), and we talked baseball for about half an hour. When you’re in downtown Healdsburg, take a few minutes to check them out. We were very happy that we did!
