Martin has taken care of my mother’s trees and shrubs on several occasions. She is 84 years old and lives alone on a limited income. She’s generally a tough customer and doesn’t trust just anyone. From the first moment he showed up, Martin has gone above and beyond, providing not only excellent, thorough care of her trees, but even doing extra work at no extra charge. His rates are excellent, he takes time to connect with her, treats her with care and respect and makes her feel great whenever he visits. Martin takes his work seriously but has a sense of humor. His staff are great too, and most importantly, he takes care of his customers. If I could, I would give him 10 stars!

Martin trimmed a problem redwood tree at my Russian River cabin. He was prompt, thorough and left my yard clean. He is the only estimator (3 companies) who actually examined the roots of the tree to ascertain the health of the tree. I have already recommended him to neighbors and will hire him again to trim other trees.

When Martin came out to our Russian River cottage, he was very specific about prices and even gave us tips on how to lower the bill by doing one thing rather than another. He and his crew did an excellent job trimming trees and removing ivy. They also cleaned everything up nicely. We HIGHLY recommend him! We’ve had many other people trim our trees over the years. I cannot recommend this business more! Martin and his team were amazing. I had concerns about the safety of trees on my property and he made two visits to inspect and offer his professional opinion. He did not charge me either time, despite my place being far away! Martin explained in detail how to check for safety and offered various options for how to proceed. He was honest, personable and professional — clearly wanting to do right by the customer. I plan to use Martin for any future tree needs and hope you will too!
