Briori Coffee

This coffee shop just opened in the Indian Mound Mall about two weeks ago and finally had time to try it out.
Upon entering the storefront the dining area had it’s own seating and was clean. There were benches and tables to sit at as well as an occasional low coffee table. Once again it looked neat, and clean.
I noticed that there menu was fairly small. I don’t remember everything that was on the menu but I do recall Frappé, espressos, cappuccinos, and various flavors to choose from to add.
I purchased a «Milky Way» flavored frappé and my girlfriend got a buckeye flavor. We both agreed mine tasted better than hers. But both were good, just our preference.
The barista looked like he was new to brewing, and was fairly slow. Although he was slow he was accurate with the order and they both tasted pretty good.
I asked the barista where they got there coffee and if they roast it themselves. They buy from a local dealer who roasts the coffee himself. And they purchase coffee weekly.
I will go back and try this place again when I’m in town, and I do believe that the barista will get faster with practice.
