Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ve been to this location multiple times. Always great customer service, but every time I’ve been there my chicken has been all fat and skin. Hopefully I will have better luck next time :(

This is the worst Chipoltle I have ever been to. I used to stop and get dinner 2 – 3 times a week here and it was great. That was about a year ago. Now I rarely go here because the service and quality are terrible, the staff were always standing around talking instead of working and they were always out of rice or steak. I hadn’t been here in a long time and thought I would try it again tonight. There was a line out the door. The staff was pleasant and they were working instead of talking but I was getting 4 items and they only had steak for one. I had to ask for more lettuce and more cheese in my bowl and it was still not even close to half full and there was only about half a spoonful of steak in it. I won’t be going to this Chipoltle again. I’ll try the one on 21^st street.

This is where my affection for Chipotle began.
We’d drive over from the nearby university to load up on burrito goodness, which was such a nice break from the fast food and barely-​existent dining options in the surrounding towns.
Always clean, always good, always busy! Sometimes too busy, so we’d order food to go and salivate over the smell of Chipotle in the car before arriving back at the university. Such a treat for me back then.
So glad this location was here. Mmmmm!

Came back again because it’s close and I was hopeful my last bad experience was a fluke. I want the old manager back. Still skimpy. No salt on the chips. But they are all smiling.

I love Chipotle, but the evening staff on Sunday nights are awful. Expect to stand in line for at least 20 minutes (If it’s NOT busy). Workers don’t wear gloves when preparing food, and one worker in particular had a bandage on her arm which seemed to be soiled.
I’m giving 2 stars because every other time I come to this Chipotle, I seem to get through the line in a timely matter, and don’t run into any issues.

The chicken and steak were ice cold. No wifi service. Nowadays everyplace should have free wifi. The cheese was good.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to Deb who works here. I always order food to-​go through the Chipotle app during my lunch break, and when she prepares it it is always on time. Not to mention she is super friendly and sweet. She always gives me my food with a smile!

Was very disappointed tonight. Preordered my food, paid extra for chicken & steak and got all the way home and they didn’t put any meat on it. I got rice and beans. That’s a lot of money to pay for such a mistake. Ticket shows I should’ve had chicken & steak too. Bummer! The chips are also pretty stale and not fresh. I usually don’t have issues here but this may change my mind tonight!

You know… it’s Chipotle… delish! Just finished eating some crunchy tacos with pork. The workers here are super friendly and the food is always great. I eat here at least once a week. Sometimes we sit outside and sometimes we dine in.

really good burritos and margaritas at a reasonable price, like the chips with either salsa or guac. clean & fast service.

Great service! I really can’t say more. Oh wait I can. Service was quick and they made sure my rice was fresh and my chicken was right off the grill.
Went back twice!

Best place to eat by far, if you’re looking for the something to blow your mind and entice every taste bud imaginable chipotle is the place to be:)

This follows the business model and plan to the T.
The staff was very friendly and had kind words both when I arrived and when I was leaving.

Simple, tacos, burritos, bowls and chips. Offers a variety of extras to accomodate your pick of meat. I suggest the Barbacoa. They have every kind of Tabasco sauce to spice up your selection, only wish they had Sriracha. Bring your appetite because the portions are generous unless they are running low on product.

If you have not experienced 2000 calories conveniently wrapped up in a tortilla, this is the place for you! Sure, the steak and chicken are ok but take a gamble, live a little and try the barbacoa, my favorite! Want to save on some of the calories? Order a burrito bowl. All of the goods without the tortilla, and you can eat it with a fork :)

Love this place. Great food but a little pricey.
