I bought two new tires here after having a flat, almost immediately after my purchase one of the new tires was losing air consistently. I had to air it up weekly, so I took it back — they rotated my tires and said the problem was fixed. Within a few days I needed to put air in the same tire. I took it to get a second opinion and they found a slow leak in the tire and had to patch it. As a customer it’s a very disappointing experience to purchase a new tire with an immediate defect, and to not have the problem fixed the first time. I received no refund for the purchase of my tire.
