Just like any other JC Penney you would walk into. I’m not super impressed with there inability to ever have my dress shirt size in the store. I usually find an abundance everywhere else, but not at this particular location.
The clerks I have worked with were very kind. Awesome discounts! Would give 4 stars, but the shirt size thing is a huge pet peeve of mine.
