Zen Nails

My family is in the salon biz and I’ve been raised with proper nail architecture. I have a special way I like my nails done and although I’m very gracious and patient this really offends the men at this shop. When I come in they roll their eyes and moan and hand me over to a female tech that has a good atitude and at least tries to listen to my requests. Unfortunately I don’t always get her and when I don’t I deal with outrageous attitudes. I got tired of fighting with the techs and just let them do it their way, but then my nails were a disaster — breakage, lifting, and my first nail fungus! They don’t know how to build a strong nail. We’re in farming country, I need a strong nail with arches and when it’s done my way I never have lifting or breakage. I finally just soaked them off, it’s not worth the stress. Last time I checked, I’m the customer.

Appeared clean enough and prices are cheap. I just didn’t care for the guy sneezing and wiping his nose with his hand then touching my hand immediately after. Don’t think I would come again.

I can’t speak for how long my nails will last yet, but my experience here today was great. I got a full set of gel polish and the color and customer service were both oustanding. I went late in the morning (Saturday) and was greeted right away and my questions were answered thoroughly. I do think the prices are a bit on the high side for this area, but at least you know you are paying for a good service. If I need any services next time I am on this side of town I will come back here.

I found this was a little pricey. They start at 35.00 and for that was a very basic pedicure. There were no hot towels. I guess it really depends where you are used to going for price ranges. This was our first time so were definitely not regulars for sure.
They were very nice and did do an awesome job on our feet.
I will come back when I am back in town for sure.
