My 4th Dickie’s BBQ that i have been to and pretty decent and consistent food. I tried the 2 meat plate, beef brisket and pulled pork. Very good and the sauce are nice & warm. Everything is fairly clean and the ice cream was a nice way to finish things off.

Good for the bbq options we have around here. I got the Monday special $ 9.99 pulled pork sandwich with 2 sides and a drink. The waffles fries are seasoned really good. My husband got the westerner sandwich that had 2 different meats on it and he added 2 sides. All in all was ok. The bathrooms were freezing cold and the water was too, and never got warm. We got a slider for my one year old. The bread was really dry but I gave him the meat. Not sure it’s worth it. Wish the bread was better.

We ordered a 3 meat family combo with brisket, pulled pork, turkey. The turkey was moist but the taste and texture was just ok. On the other hand, the brisket and pulled pork were excellent — very tasty and moist. These two would be good eating even without any sauce. The sauces are good too. My favorite is the spicy sauce. I like that they warm the sauce. I think warm barbecue sauce is better.

Really like this place, of course I come on Sundays where every adult meal you buy you get a free kids meal(dine in only). I’ve had their chopped brisket, polish sausage, chicken. Waffle fries are good and I love the potato casserole. Free ice cream is decent and free pickles if you are into that. I like their BBQ sauces. A little spicy but I can’t handle much heat. Well not even a little heat can I handle, but the flavor is yummy. I didn’t care for their green beans and bacon they were oily and didn’t taste good but other than that no other complaints.

Several things wrong this visit. The beef brisket was undercooked and very fatty. Even though rolls, pickles and onions are included with the meat plates, they weren’t on our platters so we had to go back to the counter to ask for them. The kid actually said, «Well, I guess I can get them for you.» You think?! There were flies buzzing around inside the restaurant. No bueno. But I love their fresh hot rolls, coleslaw, baked beans with a kick, potato salad with lots of dill, their variety of BBQ sauces, and free ice cream cones. Four employees were there and not too many customers, so they should have been more attentive.

Delicious barbecue — smells fantastic once you walk in. Great family meal with choice of two meat(we had pulled pork and ribs) and 3 sides(we had fried okra, tangled onions and barbecue beans) — all amazingly yummy. Styrofoam plates, plastic utensils, big yellow Dickey’s cups, and checkered plastic tablecloth — all add to great homey ambience. Seat yourself but staff very friendly.

The food is just«ok» for me. I love me some good BBQ and this is on the low end for me. I feel food is expensive for what you get. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

The assistant manger was very rude to us. The help was not very friendly. They give you less meat than other Dickey’s. The rolls were good thigh and the sauce is great as always.

Really great. Staff and manager were super friendly and helpful. We were a few among dozens of customers and the manager took time to talk with us, bring us our food, throw our stuff away and encourage us to get the free ice cream. Really good food too. The fried okra, everything was great. My 10 year old had the rib plate and loved it. My 3 year old had the chopped brisket and loved it and my husband had a potato loaded down and he loved it. Our picky son ate biscuits and loved them. Really, really happy. We would never have noticed this place or gone here but saw it in a travel guide for Heber. It was great. We were very pleasantly surprised.

Went for a follow up visit today. We were looking forward to ribs, as per our first experience, this was the one thing on the menu worth writing home about. As I started to order, it seemed fairly apparent that the short haired girl at the meat counter either had a drug problem or some kind of brain trauma, as I had to repeat myself quite a few times while she stared in bewilderment. She then informed us that they were out of ribs. Big disappointment. So we ordered the chain-esque fare on the remainder of the menu and were going to be content with filling our stomachs and hitting the road. She angrily beat our brisket onto a pulp and forgot a few of the repeated items we ordered. We then stood at the counter to pay while the Latino girl shared stories with another employee. Still standing, still waiting. Finally when she came back I heard her say to another employee«no, we have ribs». I let her know that it was what we had come for and she basically said we were SOL and that we had already ordered. Seriously? I really wanted to let her keep what they had prepared, but the rest of our party had already sat down with their food. Boo!

TONS of food. Typical american meal. Many many big humans inside, most of them wearing BYU shirts, Kinda funny, guess they come from prove. Food was good. Ice cream was gross, and they have been out of iced tea both times I have eaten there. Nothing special.

I was pleased with the options. Large variety of sides and meats. Meats were quite good. I wish they gave you a little more(portions) with the sides, but they were good none the less. I would definitely go back.

I’m gonna rate this for what it is. Yes, its a fast food chain, and I normally don’t review chains. BUT, this is really good barbecue. Is it the best I’ve ever had? No, but its pretty damn good. I’ve been to purist BBQ joints that arent as good as Dickeys is consistently. They must be doing something right. The manager is awesome. A Very friendly, hands on manager and you can tell she’s good because the whole staff reflects it. The meats are all smoked for 14 hours, the ribs have a great flavor, the brisket is moist and flavorful, and the sauces are all really good. I got the ribs yesterday, with the Jalapeño beans and the onion tanglers and it was all good. Every time I come here: same thing… always good. Sure, if you want to be a purist and knock it for being a fast food chain you can, but then again for having awesome ribs, you pay half the price most places for *cough* «real» bbq. You know what? This BBQ seemed pretty real to me :) Glad its in heber!
