«What makes Italian Pulled Pork taste Italian?» we asked the chef. Turns out, it was the seasoning, and it made the pulled pork delicious! Lother’s catered an event at Receptions and had several different home cookin’ options. I went straight for the pulled pork, which was tender and marinating deep in its juices. We each made our own sandwich on a toasted roll, then garnished it with house made BBQ sauce or horseradish. I also tried their mac n’ cheese which reminded me of old school cafeteria style; and I say that in the most endearing way possible. It was creamy and baked with cheese. The presentation was easily accessible and I enjoyed getting to make my own plate. And that Italian Pulled Pork… it’ll definitely keep me excited for the next event catered by Lother’s.
